Ordered 30 wings (only) through DoorDash. Received wings and drumsticks combo (even the receipt shows it is a combo). When I called the restaurant, I was amazed by the responses. First of all, the girl at the restaurant asked me "are you sure because our wings have the small drum part". Are you trying to insult a customer that she can't tell a whole wing from a drumstick? Then, as the conversation went on, she said "I remember packing your order, I gave you 30 wings". When I told her "hello, even your receipt said combo and I have all these unwanted drumsticks in front of me"; then her answer was DoorDash messed up the order. Hello again, you think the poor DoorDash driver can magically found 15 drumsticks to mess up the order? Finally, she told me "you have to contact DoorDash because technically you are their customer not ours". Hello again!
Enjoy the pictures. Bonchon, you may be amazed by how yourself sounded! $45 got me a good laugh and unwanted drumsticks! Hope you get something...

We were seated immediately, and a few minutes later our waitress came back and we placed our order. Not too long after our food came out. And that's basically when the service stopped. No one came to check on us, refill our water, see if we liked the food. We had to flag down a waiter eventually, because none of them were looking in our direction. We finally got our waters refilled, and we sent back the calamari because it tasted terrible. The restaurant did get a bit busy after we placed our order, but that's no excuse for the terrible service we received. While the food was not bad, our experience was, and therefore we will not be going back. With all the other restaurants in the area there's no reason to go to one that treats their customers the way Bon Chon did. They were busy serving all the other tables, but not us. Terrible...

My friends and I, driven by our ravenous hunger, decided to dive into a family-style fried chicken feast, tackling five pieces each like warriors on a battlefield.
But alas, the once-glorious chicken seemed to have lost its charm. It felt like they were resurrected from a previous life – re-fried and exuding a whiff of oil that's seen better days. 😷🍳 The soy sauce, however, remained my loyal friend, clinging to the chicken with its familiar, comforting taste. 🥢💔
Will I return to Bonchon? Perhaps, when my taste buds have amnesia and the memory of that not-so-fresh oil fades into oblivion. Until then, I'll be nursing my broken heart (and possibly my stomach). 🤔💔 #FriedChickenFling #BonchonBetrayal...
