Cantinho Mineiro 2 — Restaurant in Newark

Today I went to this establishment to buy my lunch, when I get there I ask for a lunch box, (very rude employees and I lacked commitment when answering) ..

I paid for the lunch box and left, when I get to the car I open the lunch box to eat right there, I come across a blonde hair under the food, since who made my lunch box was a blonde girl..

I went back to the establishment to show what was in my lunch box! I think the manager didn't like it very much and was super unpleasant, and I questioned why they didn't use a cap to make the customers' lunch box and she answered me super arrogant 'my bosses don't demand that' ' the hair may have been from some other customer' ..

But I think it's impossible to be from another client because the hair was on top and not mixed in the food!

Besides, she treats the young girls who start working there badly, she has them cleaned corner by corner of the restaurant as if she had hired a cleaning maid.. after everything is clean she says she doesn't need the person anymore!

It is because of these and others that the establishments end up losing good customers! Lack of employee training! I'm outraged

Hoje me dirigi até a este estabelecimento para comprar meu almoço, quando chego lá peço uma marmita, (funcionárias muito mal educadas e senti falta de empenho ao atender ) .. Paguei a marmita e fui embora, quando chego no carro abro a marmita para comer ali mesmo, me deparo com um cabelo loiro sob a comida , visto que quem fez minha marmita era uma moça loira.. Regressei ao estabelecimento para mostrar o que tinha na minha marmita! Acho que a gerente não gostou muito e foi super antipatica, e eu questionei o por que de não usarem touca para fazerem a marmita dos clientes e ela me respondeu super arrogante ‘ meus patrões não exigem isso’ ‘ o cabelo pode ter sido de algum outro cliente’ .. Mas acho isso impossível ser de outro cliente pois o cabelo estava por cima e não misturado na comida! Fora que ela trata mau as meninas novas que começam a trabalhar lá, manda limpar canto a canto do restaurante como se tivesse contratado uma empregada de limpeza.. depois que está tudo limpo fala que não precisa da pessoa mais ! É por essas e outras que os estabelecimentos acabam perdendo clientes bons! Falta de treinamento de funcionário!...
