Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Newark

Substandard in comparison to other “mall”-based or similar Chick-Fil-A locations, which is actually unusual given the standards to which I know Corporate holds franchisees. Often stops serving lemonade and sweet tea, their only two CFA-specific drinks (since they do not offer coffee nor shakes), and I have at times received fries that are cold or soggy and filets with breading peeling off. At this time they are still Grubhub pickup orders exclusively, and require you to arrive and tap in on-site before your order enters the queue, a process that is immensely frustrating between 5-7 on weekdays (they are closed on weekends) when campus meal swipe redemptions peak and wait times can be over an hour from the time you arrive at Trabant and your order actually...

Trabant Chick-Fil-A is part of the University of Delaware food court, but open to the public. Avoid during peak times while the Fall and Spring semesters are in session as it is very crowded from 11am-4pm. Later in the evening and during off-season it's nice to be able to walk in, grab some fries and a sandwich/nuggets and pay all within a minute or two. This is a campus Chick-fil-A and serves a limited selection from the menu. The food is not to bad however it is not the usual quality from a regular store.
