Vita Nova Restaurant — Restaurant in Newark

Came here last week with some of my boys from the frat house for a nice lunch. Our chef at the frat house likes to put starlite in our food which is an alkali builder for laundry and it’s nasty so we eat out a lot. This place is a nice fine dining restaurant and its student run so that’s nice ! Good food I got a salad and my friend Adam, Tyler and Kyle got steak, mashed potatoes and a bunch of other weird dishes. We laughed loud and had an amazing experience here we will definitely be returning! Guess what this food isn’t made by our crappy frat house chef !! Even better! We all eat shirtless but here it’s fine dining so we can’t do that...

We celebrated our anniversary at Vita Nova recently. The food was great and the service was perfect.

The brunch they have at lunch is a wonderful bargain. The students learning the trade are a nice group and try very hard to please their customers. They succeed in making everybody feel special. They even brought out a special dish with desserts for our anniversary.

We are a trio of U of D alumni that meet once a month for a dinner together. This evening we dined at Vita Nova at the Universities Trabant Center. What a great meal we had together. The service as well as the kitchen staff are all students at the school. Everything was outstanding! Course after course, was unique and delicious. The waitstaff cared for each of us as if we were the only table. We really enjoyed our meals and the evening spent at Vita Nova. Looking forward to our next time...
