Krauszer’s Teachers Village — Restaurant in Newark

I used to come to this location all of the time. I just waited over 10 minutes with no acknowledgement. I eventually asked if either of the two employees were going to help me. The lady behind the deli area kept her back turned. The guy at the register continued to help people who came in after me. I can't spend my entire lunch break just standing there. It's a shame because I really liked this location but never again. This experience was totally unprofessional. I will have to share my experience with my co-workers at Prudential. We will get our chicken for our upcoming party elsewhere.

I went into store and placed one order for a two butter rolls waited 15 mins for order still didn't receive it 4 people who all placed orders after me all received theres. When i then asked employee about my order he proceed to yell at me saying idk them and also saying im going to give u a refund after watching him place two sandwiches in the warmer just 5 mins ago as he was still ringing up others. When asked the deli workers where is my order they immediately went into the warmers and grabbed the two sandwiches and gave them to me. I will never be coming back here again as this was the rudest customer service by far yelling at a customer for asking the about the status...

Love this location. Everyone is friendly and personable and the food is good. The owner is theeeee absolute best!.. He's well known and so accomendating to us all here at Teacher's Village. He's thoughtful towards his staff which makes Krauszers an enjoyable atmosphere daily. Jessie,the cook is so patient and always gets the orders right and made with love and Sarah is absolutely amazing,she's the go to of this location. Everyone loves her, She has a relationship with all of her customers and is amazing at customer service and multitasking . I cant see this location ...
