Wish I could give no star review. I had awful experience here ,I reported them to McDonald's corporation.I wasted my entire lunch break trying to get lunch for myself n was bringing back a meal for someone else ,I was only given half my order n was told to go park in a numbered parking spot .I tried to tell the girl I didn't think it was possible plus this practice is not acceptable half the food goes cold while your out there waiting. She insisted n again I told her I didn't see how I could she repeated herself to pull in spot ,there was a large van taking up both spots n no way I could .Seeing how there were only 2 spots out front at all I had to pull around to the side .I tried to go in to wait but couldn't had to walk n wait in the cold by front door so they would see me .When an employee came out to the van that was in both spots to bring there order I showed him there was no way I could park were I was asked to and he shook his head and said he'd be back with the rest of my order .I waited for several minutes out in the cold n decided to go wait back through drive threw since doors were locked n ask for a refund since the food I was given at window was cold seeing how it was taken so long .at window the girl went to get a supervisor .The supervisor actually argued she didn't want to give me a refund n was beyond rude .I insisted n she lied n said she brought food out n I wasn't out there .I again explained the thing with the parking n that I had been waiting at this point for over 20 minutes ....n customers shouldn't have to stand out in cold waiting for half order while other half goes cold.she continued to be rude and told me to go to window 3 I did n was left waiting yet another10 minutes I had to honk on horn n knock on window to get attention of someone and at this point I had given the cold food back n the change so I could give back my friend her $20 bill .A man came to see what I wanted and I told him N I heard him yell she still waiting on refund I at this point was treating to call police thinking manger was pulling something cause it definatly appeared that way she finally came with the cash.She was beyond rude n after a total of 35 minutes n her being shady I am defiantly following up with the head...

I was staying across the street @ Springhill suites (which I absolutely love-BTW) and I was excited to see a McDonalds nearby so that I could grab breakfast. I went thru the drive thru yesterday AM and received an Egg Mcmuffin and a hot caramel latte, and an OJ. The bottom muffin in my sandwich was hard as a brick. I tried to work around it by just taking off the bottom muffin. I ate the sandwich and drank less than half of the OJ and latte, until I started feeling sick to my stomach, so I ditched the rest of my drinks (should've done the same with the sandwich in hindsight)! I battled an upset stomach, gas, and diarrhea all morning-Ugh!
I called and spoke to a female manager later on to tell her about my experience. At that point I had decided that I was boycotting this location INDEFINITELY but I just wanted her to know what happened. I asked her to check the milk that they were using for the latte, thinking it may have been spoiled like my muffin, and she said it was fresh. Anyway, she offered to compensate me for my inconvenience, and I declined as I NEVER want to eat there again!
I explained to her that I eat McDs breakfast regularly and I've never gotten sick, SO THANKS BUT NO THANKS, SMH! After reviewing the rest of their reviews this doesn't seem like an isolated incidence, and this location NEEDS...

RIDICULOUS. I stupidly just spent AN HOUR at this McDonald’s. I had ordered on the app and needed to tell them the code at the speaker. I WAITED FORTY MINUTES. Decided to pull forward to the window instead and there was another person waiting for just as long. I try yelling up to the window asking what was happening. Didn’t answer. Car in front finally pulls away with no food too. I get to window and a completely incompetent person says a manager should be there in 10 minutes? Okay how the heck hard is it to hand someone a cheeseburger?! He just kept saying uhhhh i don’t know I’m sorry I’m new. When I saw at least 6 other employees in the back! I am calling corporate and they better not charge my card since I never got the food. I am not one to get mad or complain but I will never ever come back here again. I’ve gone other times and have had to wait 20 minutes as well. NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN. I am so livid I think I need to go get a punching bag lol. I know I am only to blame for actually staying that...
