I visit this specific location about 4 times per month and they're usually ok. (Wait times for drive thu is a bit crazy but at leaat the chicken is consistent). With that said, they messed up my order the other day and when I called the manager was pretty good about offering to replace my meal for the correct items, but I was already home when I noticed and driving back was more trouble than it was worth so he said to come back any other time and they would take care of it, I finally was in the area today so i decided to pull up to the drive thru, woman takes my order (same thing as last time, not trying to be greedy after all) when I get to the window I let the woman know that tne manager said I could come by anytime to replace a meal that was owed to me, and she gave me the longest stare followed by an eye roll as if the meal was coming straight out of her paycheck. In addition to the rudeness, she proceeds to give me the third degree with the amount of queations over a 3 piece meal. UNBELIEVABLE

Read moreI don't usually come to this location even though it is closer to me as the chicken was always dry and overdone. Since it's been a while I thought I would give it another try. I ordered and paid online, selected the pick up at counter option. When I got there at 8:05pm the door was locked (the signed says they close at 8:30pm). So I knocked and showed my phone with the order. The guy inside pointed to the drive through. So I got back in my car and waited through the drive through line. At the order kiosk I said I am picking up an order and gave them my name (Jennifer). They said ok and to pull up to the window. At the window, the same guy who pointed me to the drive through had my order with my name on it (it said Jen) and gave me a 2 second cold stare. He then asked for my name and I said Jennifer. He then just turned around, shouted to someone , "She said Jennifer!" So I said, "That's my order." He stares at me coldly again, and says, "It says Jen". I said, "It's the same thing." 1st time: Ordered 5 pieces and a chicken sandwich online. Came and was only given the 5 pieces of chicken. I asked for the sandwich the owner refused to give it to me days it was not on the receipt. However I got charged for the $4.50. The owner insisted he wouldn't give it to me if it's not shown on the receipt that I ordered it. Although I paid for the sandwich clearly it shown on the total price, I didn't get the sandwich. I had to report it to popeyes customer service.
2nd time: Came the store to order because I learned my lesson. I inserted my credit card to pay because it had a chip. Didn't work 2 times in a row. Then I swiped it. It worked because it said authorizing on the screen. The cashier kept asking me to hand over the card and tried to insert into the credit card reader machine twice to pay. "Give me the card, give me the card " she says though I told me it went through already. Luckily it didn't go through again or I would be charge twice.
