Worst Burger King I've ever been to. I don't even know where to begin. The service was less than good and a little bit of terrible with the exception of the young lady that wasn't the supervisor whom was obviously upset and stressed out due to her yelling at the employees and her body language. Not sure why because it wasn't busy. I didn't get a drink with my meal because the only drink I like in that atomic fountain suicide machine, ran out as it was pouring, they ran out of french fries so they gave me undercooked onion rings, the bathroom was frigid cold, they locked me inside the lobby for some reason and had to go get somebody to let me out in the middle of the day. That employee had trouble working the lock. The first key he tried was the correct one because it turned he just didn't turn it hard enough or jiggle the door or whatever. He moved on to the second key that clearly wasn't even the right size but he tried anyway so I suggested to go back to the first key that he then tried to put in upside down. I didn't end up going out those doors that were closest to my car, which would have been convenient due to the storm outside, I was told to walk on the other side of the lobby and use that door, almost furthest from my car. All in all if you are looking for a terrible experience at a fast food restaurant (which actually took 15 minutes to get my food) I highly recommend this Burger King. Not sure if all the Burger Kings participate but in all seriousness I do not recommend going to this Burger King. Also the ceiling was heavily leaking gross brown ceiling water by the useless drink station. Got questions, I might have answers. Feel free to ask them. I'd like to end on a good note by saying the...
Read moreI am Sara’s husband, Cody. I have worked in Newberg for many years as a bartender and worked in the kitchens also. Many of the folks in town know me by my bandana and know I don’t speak out of line. I would be hard pressed to ever visit this bk again. I was treated as a hassel and received the wrong order twice in the 40 minutes it took in the drive-they at 630pm with 2 customers in the Restaraunt and nobody in front of me in the drive-Thru. It took them 10 minutes to take my order over the speaker, 15minutes to be handed the wrong food at the window, 10minutes to wait for someone to acknowledge me in the restaurant when I had to go in to get the missing whopper that I had already paid for, and another 5 minutes for me to leave with the wrong order after being treated horribly and not even offered an apology. The only sense of a problem was the poor mother and child that had been waiting 20 minutes for a Togo order only to finally receive it without the young child’s chicken nuggets. I asked for the general managers info to address the situation only to hear a yell from the kitchen about it not being their fault that things had gone so HORRIBLY wrong. I never received the information as I had to leave before I lost all patience for being treated so wrongly and waiting for such a long time. Boo on the staff there for the inability to provide even the semblance of reasonable customer service, and I’m sorry to the rest of the customers that experienced the same service today. I will be reaching out to the GM and corporate to follow up on the disrespect that we were all subjugated to. P.S. my 5 year old daughter, Cedar, was bummed that the whopper jr. Had cheese on it when she doesn’t want it that way...
Read moreI'm not sure why but I decided to go to this Burger King last night even though every time I have gone I have left in a terrible mood. Last night I went and since there was absolutely nobody inside and only a few cars in the drive through I decided to eat inside. I ordered 2 whopper's since there is a 2/5.00 deal going on an some fries. It somehow took what seemed like an entire 15 minutes if not closer to 20 to get my order. She said it was because they needed to make fries. Which had no salt and tasted.like they were cooked in some very old oil that was also used to fry fish which I don't believe they even sell. And in the process of cooking the fries my burgers got cold. I was starving so I .asked for some salt to cover the foul to asting fries and tried to eat my food. While eating I see them really struggling to keep up with the drive through even though there was nobody eating inside and 4 employees behind the counter. One of them not helping at all but just doing the closing cleaning tasks so they could get out of there early instead of doing it after closing like any other restaurant. Then the manager girl told me I couldn't sit and finish my meal because she had to lock the doors. They aren't going to be in business much longer of they don't figure out how to manage their employees. They are owned by the same people that owned the Sherwood location which went out of business mainly because of terrible employees and management and will soon be a super deluxe locations which should be great. Burger King...
