LOVE hutch and lucky! First of all, their coconut rice bowl is to die for! And second, the couple that owns it are the absolute sweetest. We just so happened to catch them in an act of kindness where they noticed a gentleman in an electric wheelchair struggling as his chair was dying, the husband was quick to go help him, push him to their food truck, charge his chair, then drive him to his location. Absolutely DELICIOUS food! Some of the best smoked brisket I've ever had, & I'm from Southern Texas 😅 Mouth-watering pulled pork sandwiches..... fantastic fresh chili.... great fries! Great brisket sandwich with a superb horse radish sauce. The fries are thick crinkle cut made to order. What really stood out was they asked if it was my first time, and gave me free samples of nearly everything on the menu.
