Lago De Chapala — Restaurant in Newberg

Food was decent but could of been better. My main problem was I ordered a medium margarita and it was straight sweet and sour. Trust me I ordered a margarita every where I go. Then when I mentioned it to the server he got me a new drink which was a michelada. I took a sip only after mixing the margarita to make sure that I wasn't wrong and they still charged me 7.50. I ain't tripping about money but when someone doesn't like something you dont charge them. I been in the food industry for 10 years and all the places I worked we make it right. Ya I get it we're in hard times and Kate brown likes to shut us down but dont charge people for a drink they do not like/didn't drink. I usually leave a really good tip even if the food is just decent but sadly I gave you guys 0. The michelada needs to be fixed too. I had a better one a casino and it wasn't even a mexican restaurant. I made my first one 2 weeks ago for the first time and mine taste 100x better then whatever you guys put in. This place makes me happy. I can’t deny that. We have been coming in for a few years now and can’t believe I haven’t written a review.

Yesterday was Cinco De Mayo and we went to get a margarita and some guacamole and chips. Real simple night out but we always get the best drinks, the best food and the best prices in town.

Yesterday we came in to eat and I ordered a medium margarita. The margarita was HUGE which was awesome, but it tasted like straight sweet and sour mix. I couldn't drink it and asked the waiter if I could order another drink. He took my drink away and I had a michelada instead. Well he still charged for the margarita and then told us he can only take 50% off because I had drank some of it. I had TWO sips! I work in the service industry and if you don't like something, I will make you happy.
