After my first experience with this place and never getting my food, I decided to try again after they had been open 2 weeks, thinking they might have gotten better organized...

I decided to order early as it was Friday, 4:00pm my husband started calling to place order, the line was busy and remained busy until 6:45pm leading us to believe they simply took the phone off the hook to not have to deal with to-go orders as they were likely either busy, disorganized, or understaffed.

I have seen mixed reviews on food quality for this restaurant and still haven't had the option to TASTE IT yet.

I would really like to see this place get its act together and make it, but it doesn't seem that will happen if they continue as they are.

Maybe limit hours or only open a few days a week while working the kinks out?

Serve lunch only, and only weekdays for a while to get staff trained, cooks consistent, ensure you're not running out of needed ingredients (like chicken)...

I hope these people can figure out how to run this place well and make it here.

I may or may not bother trying again. I've invested and wasted a lot of time trying to eat here and still haven't succeeded.

Driving to...

Not impressed! We love Thai food and we’re excited to see them open. But the first time we came we couldn’t get seated. It was total chaos and people were leaving because they’d been waiting too long and wanted refunds. The staff was flustered and untrained. The second time, 2 weeks into the grand opening, we tried it for lunch. They were not busy at all at noon with good reason. Word must be getting out this place is mediocre at best. Not to mention extremely SLOW getting your food out. First, they forgot our appetizer, and brought it to us after we’d finished our entrees. Then, the entrees were bland! Void of very many veggies, and the veggies it did have were grossly over cooked. Mushy broccoli. Slivered carrots— just a few. Shaved mushrooms well done. Very disappointing! Oh, and the appetizer, crispy rolls, were crispy on the outside and MUSH on the inside. We will not come back! Even the parking lot is at a disadvantage getting into it. You must turn onto a side street and cross a turn lane or do a U turn to get in. There are much better Thai places around. Don’t...

I’ve been ordering the Tom Yum soup chickens only for the last two weeks straight every other day because I’m addicted to that special sauce. Nowhere have I ever found anyone else that makes A tastier portion of delicious satisfying and the bomb TomYum soup. EVER! Anyways. Please don’t hate me, but I have to say.. Sadly, today’s soup order was really bland. There was no familiar zest or punch of flavor that I’ve been looking forward to every morning and dinner time because I’m special and once I find something my Neurodivergent soul cannot live without. I must Have it Every singleday for every meal until i don’t like it anymore. And I still have a long way to go with this special soup from this amazing restaurant. Please just help whoever made the soup today make it like you guys always make it. I love you all and you’re amazing and it’s always delicious except for today. It was kind of bland, but that’s all I have to say the rest of them. I would totally recommend this place 10 out of 10 the pad is a little spicy, but I’m kind of a wiener Lol OK I love you...

We had heard about Thai the Knot in the community and came highly recommended. We called in advance to make a reservation, since it was a larger party. They had a great menu and selection of some exciting dishes, we went with the pad Thai, pad see ew, and shrimp fried rice, the shrimp was cooked to perfection and they ensured that no cross contamination took place due to dietary restrictions. The presentation was delightful and the portions and flavors were excellent. The prices were reasonable for the area. They even had an adorable play area that was dedicated to children which was well maintained with a variety of toys. Mary our server was friendly and attentive to all our needs providing excellent customer service throughout our visit. Overall we really enjoyed our experience and hope to visit again.

I ordered two orders of vegetable Thai fried rice to go. When I got home and opened the box we were incredibly surprised by the portion size. The boxes weren't even half way filled. It looked like they made one very small serving of rice and divided it in two boxes. We've never gotten so little at any Thai restaurant in the country. Very, very disappointing for $30, plus a $5 tip on take out. We were here one other time at least a year ago and I ordered the crab pad Thai. It smelled incredibly foul, I took one bite and it was totally inedible. I had to send it back.

Delicious! I was unsure at first because the menu was a tad confusing but I tried the beef boat I believe it was called and it was amazing. My husband got the curry and it wasn't my favorite, but I'm biased because I don't really like curry to begin with. He said it was okay but not the best he's had and said that if he went back he'd pick what I got over the curry. 10/10 recommend. The set up is a little wonky, you order at the counter, sit down they'll bring you your food, you eat, then go back to the counter to pay. But definitely worth.
