Wendy's — Restaurant in Newberg

I rarely come here but more often now, something is ALWAYS missing and the prices are never correct. I always go through the drive-thru. This was the last time. I ordered the “4 for $4” deal, another meal, and a single burger. I even asked if they had that deal when I got to order and was told “yes”. (Well it’s $5, not $4, that’s how it rang up on my receipt.) The one meal I ordered was missing except for the drink… (how convenient it’s also the most expensive item. $9.59… this also hasn’t been the first time this has happened.) There were also no straw, BBQ sauce for my nuggets after they asked what kind of sauce I wanted. What’s the point of asking if you don’t put it in the bag? There was also no line, and one car in the parking lot. If they were busy, I would understand a little more and think it was because they were busy… I should have checked my bag before I left the parking lot, but it’s the principal. If I order something and they are not busy, I expect to get it. I don’t have time to go back and...

Okay I gotta get on here. I've avoided all Wendy's because every time I'd go the food was poor quality, cold, and honestly not good- but would go in a pinch. No matter where I went always same experience- UNTIL THIS LOCATION. The staff at this location has it ON POINT EVERY TIME. I moved to this area about a year ago and there aren't a ton of options- this place has fed me a lot and I am grateful so I wanted to give this review!

Literally this location will have a line wrapped around the building 90% of the day. I have gone at all different times and busy levels and the quality remains the same! The people working and running this location deserve recognition for being one of the best quality and fastest Wendy's honesty...ever.

I had a week straight where all I wanted to eat was burger from here.

We enjoy their food, the loaded baked potato and bacon chicken avocado salad are our favorites. The food always looks and tastes fresh, everything is presentable, and the portions are good. For the most part the staff is very friendly, of course you catch some on a bad day but who doesn't have bad days? There is one person who works there, I don't know her name, but she is always smiling and friendly. There's also a younger guy who works who's very chatty and easy to talk to. It makes you feel like this place is more local rather then a national food chain. It's the little things :).
