And another Update: I’m not sure what is going on with this store…. It has gone down hill again. The past 3 times the burritos have been off, rice is uncooked, portions are all over the place. I do not have time to grab my order, get home and then find out the rice is uncooked and then drive back and have them correct it and wait for them to make rice correctly. I have contacted customer service several times and it’s just like everything goes unheard. I’m done spending over $10 per burrito my family cannot eat. There were also more than 2 burritos ordered. So why does it say entree 1/2 and 2/2… my guess is they screwed up and needed to reprint. I will just drive to another location next time.
——————————— Update: HUGe improvement from being here 6 months ago… we find ourselves here every 2 weeks I feel like when we don’t know what to get or need to get something quick. It’s been a while since we have had a “bad” experience. Food has been consistent.

I am a big lover of chipotle, and usually eat here 2-3 times a week. When I come I usually get a meal for myself, and grab a cheese side quesadilla for my son, who is 18 months old. (Which he usually eats only half), so there is no point to get the whole kids meal because he doesn’t eat the meat. Every side cheese quesadilla I have ever gotten has been $1.59, and every location has been happy to do this. She told me that she had to charge for the full meal because the “policy had changed” (I was at this location 2 days ago, obviously this was a lie) she was rude, had attitude.
I have probably left a review one other time in my life on a restaurant, but this experience left such a sour taste in my mouth that I don’t know if I want to go to chipotle anymore in general. This store in general is a perfect example of why this company is going down hill. Raising prices, lowering portion sizes, and then changing “policy” after the fact and trying to charge me $18 instead of 4.50 is insane. Hard to believe there is a chipotle with 3.5 stars already lmao. Maybe the owner of this store should do some big rethinking, because this is by far the lowest reviewed chipotle I’ve ever seen. Today we came in excited to get a yummy veggie bowl & maybe they just got a slow time, after a rush, but they were out of grilled veggies, Berry lemonade, cheese & toilet paper…
We were given 3 free drinks by one guy employee who didn’t make much eye contact or say much, but we did appreciate his effort. One of the lady staff was very apologetic & went out of her way to make lemonade & refill the toilet paper, etc. after being put down for a burrito fold/roll gone wrong!
We appreciated her very much & give her 5 stars! The other staff were unprofessional & not very kind to other staff members or customers & after we were told it would be 5 minutes for grilled veggies another staff wagged his finger no in dismay to our serving staff, as though they just didn’t want to cook more at that moment! When another customer came in they only said they were out of cheese!
