This was the worst customer service we’ve ever received at a Panera Bread. When our name was called at the counter to pick up our food, I was missing my daughter's toasted bagel and was told to get it from the front. When I went to the front and asked for it the the women I will be mentioning in a moment just stood and started at me. The manager finally stepped in and asked the guy who took our order to get us a bagel, he said he would bring it to me. The guy brought it to me uncut, untoasted, and no cream cheese so I had to go back to the counter and brought it to the managers attention, she was quick to fix it and apologized. Back at my table I noticed my flatbread pizza had no sauce or cheese on one half and the pepperoni was toasted right on the bread. When I brought it back to the service counter and asked if they would remake it the gentleman was kind and didn’t mind. The two ladies (from earlier) proceeded to mock me, laughing in a completely unprofessional manner. Unbeknownst to them, I understand Spanish and knew exactly what they were saying. I recommend the General Manager look into this type of misconduct- it goes against Panera Breads values and should not...

It's gotten a little better than having to wait in the drive thru for over an hour when you did a mobile order.....but I went last weekend, on a Sunday, to redeem my Sip Club drink while I was running errands. No big deal except the workers at the window were talking about how I'm supposed to buy other food too, so they filled the cup to the brim with ice. Legitimately, after two sips, the whole large iced tea was almost gone due to the amount of ice. They were upset and mentioned they didn't want to make another batch, and the Sip Club "thing" was going to take them out....I get it, it's probably busier than usual bcuz of the drink club "thing", but I still pay for it. And no, I'm not going to order a $20 sandwich every time. The workers are always angry they work there and I just don't understand. Strangely enough, I've NEVER been treated like this at the seabrook location. I'll make the trip to seabrook...
Read moreI don't know why I continue to go here. The cashier was very curt with me while ordering and gave me my food without saying anything. When I said I was missing an item she sighed heavily then grabbed it. I also went at 10:31 and was looking to get a bfast sandwich and was told no since they weren't doing bfast - they stopped serving at 1030. Last time I went I ordered online for delivery through their website. I was missing a drink. When I called they told me I had to call GrubHub to get money back. I just wanted the drink I said I would even drive down and pick it up. They told me no and I would have to pay for it again since they made it and the delivery driver took it. I called GrubHub and they said they work through Panera and I have to go through them. Literally $5 I don't know why it was so difficult. After 30+ minutes and a conference call with both companies on the line they reimbursed my card. I won't...
