Do not use this store if you are looking for a Verizon upgrade. They are a retailer only and their systems do not talk to the Verizon systems correctly, and they don't really seem to care to find out why or how they can fix it. My phone wouldn't turn on so I upgraded my phone through the Verizon website and chose this location as pickup. Verizon said I would receive an email within 2 hours when the phone was ready for pickup. I never received one, so I went to the store the next day and they told me that they couldn't fulfill my order because their "systems messed up and there was nothing they can do about it" and admitted that this had happened before. They told me to go home and talk to Verizon, so I asked to use their phone to call so that I wouldn't have to spend hours trying to figure this out. Verizon was unable to cancel the order themselves because it was "in process" with the store, so the only solution that they could come up with was for me to wait 3 days for the order to auto-cancel. I created a ticket with Verizon but I need my phone for work and now won't be able to have one for days. It's very unfortunate this specific incident has happened before and they made no effort to investigate or try to fix the process. I asked if I could talk to a Manager about why this happened and next steps and they said "sorry he won't be available until Thursday". I hope that they will try to understand the error this time so that it doesn't happen to anyone else, but would recommend going to an actual Verizon location to avoid this...
Read moreEither the individual who helped us was completely misinformed or we were told complete lies. Transferred our service at this location to Verizon, were signed up for insurance under the pretense it was required for the first month and it would auto-remove after the first month as part of device trade in promotion. Was also told the device trade in for a free device would show the device cost and then immediately a credit for that exact amount under it.
Both of these were incorrect. First off, insurance was not required as per the representative I've spoken to at the help desk. Also, it did not auto cancel. I knew this sounded weird at the time, so I checked my second bill to verify and sure enough it was still there. Also noticed we were charged for a hotspot we did not opt into.
I also noticed on the second bill that the device amount we were charged was greater than the credit, meaning this device was not in fact free.

There seems to be some confusion about whether phones are worth anything for trade in- I was told mine was worth nothing, the next day it was worth $400-600, they ended up giving me $800 for it.
