I walked in this restaurant at 6:00 pm and walked out at 11:30 at night. They took our order but they then claimed that they forgot about us for 2 1/2 flipping hours. They Gifted us with free food but when we were served the food was horrendous when it finally got to us and they had to remake our food after all of this. This was definitely the worst chili’s experience of my life. Even though I am only 15 I have had quite a bit of chili’s in my brief time on this planet. Don’t come here unless you have a lot of time on your hands and don’t care about how your food tastes. They also don’t support the wage gap, Non-binary, gender switches, or LGBTQ🏳️‍🌈. We ordered curb side pick up and arrived on time at 6:47. After ten minutes I went inside to find out what was up. Every employee walked by avoiding eye contact and not even saying hello. After five minutes an employee finally asked if I was there to pick up. I told her it was a curb side order and she already knew who I was and informed me that they were working on my order. I saw that there was food sitting in the kitchen packed up which later turned out to be my order. I went back outside to my car for another five minutes until I decided the wait was long enough and went back inside to see about cancelling my order. I stood there waiting another five minutes with no employees approaching me or the other customers that were waiting. The same employee who spoke with me earlier finally came up to the desk and had my order in hand. At this point I was happy to have my food and be on my way. However the experience came to a worse conclusion when I got home and found my steak was well done. I had ordered it medium rare. In fact, all of the meals we ordered were either burnt or just a soggy mess. So after waiting almost a half hour and being ignored by the employees I found the reward for my efforts was the worst steak I have ever had and subpar meals for my family. We went on a Saturday around six. Not that busy. There was a family there that waited for 20 min. before the rude host acknowledged them and took their name and party size. They spoke to manager who could care less, I then mentioned to manager also no one acknowledged the rest of us either. The rude host took them took my name and then the the two parties that arrived after us. Manager and host disappear for a few minutes. Rude host returns and proceeds to seat the THE SAME SIZE PARTIES AFTER US before us while he smirks.
