Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Newport City

The food is pretty good and the convenience of being able to have it delivered and their late closing hours is really nice but they're chronically understaffed which makes wait times pretty long often and the attention to detail is sub par.

It's not the employees fault though. I see new people there every time I go there, so it leads me to believe that it's not the most pleasant place to work. They should raise their pay. I think they could afford it given the million fees they charge.

Edit: I've stopped ordering from here. They regularly get my orders wrong or send me home with the wrong person's order. The app charged me on PayPal, but crashed in the process. My order never got made, but they still charged me. I never got that money back. The manager refused to refund me, and PayPal sided with them in the dispute case I made. When I sent my order through again, it worked and they made my order, but they gave my food to someone else and gave me someone else's order. I went back to the store with the receipt and pictures on my phone, but the cashier made me go back to my house, grab the food they mistakenly gave me, return a third time, and then give them back that food. I then had to wait a half hour for them to make half of my order. I ordered a pizza and cheese stuffed bread. They only made the pizza. So then I had to wait another 15 minutes for them to make the bread. It honestly just really sucked and I definitely learned not to order from...

This place is ran so much better. I travel all around the country but have been here in Vermont on and off for the past 2 years. This place was honestly bad bad, but I guess they have new management and all orders in the past 6 months have been absolutely superb, especially with my large orders when I'm buying pizza for the local residents. Look at the past few reviews in the past 4-6 months and that improvement becomes clear. A friendly reminder that we are more likely to leave negative reviews when upset than we are when satisfied -- I'm a hypocrite for this as I'm finally leaving this review after 5+ months of consistency which, to be honest, is unreasonable.

On 2/14/22 I ordered an8 piece bbq wing, a specialty pizza (steak and cheese). Specifically ordered no onions. I also ordered 4 garlic dipping sauces. The order was delivered to me, however there were onions on my pizza and no dipping sauces.i called they store the next day to let them know, I was not satisfied. The gentlemen I spoke with told me when I was ready to order another specialty pizza, just call the store I did so today, only to be told my order had been replaced on 2/15/22! Blatant lie!!!
