Old Navy — Local services in Newport

I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Michelle during my visit to Old Navy, and I cannot say enough good things about her service. From the moment I walked in, Michelle greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Her patience and professionalism stood out, even when the store was busy. I truly appreciated how she took the time to ensure I was happy with my selections, and her positive attitude made the entire shopping experience enjoyable. Michelle exemplifies what great customer service is all about—friendly, efficient, and always willing to go the extra mile. I love the store but i find that some of the employees are very rude. Two times now ive been helped at the checkout counter by a girl named hailey i think. But helped is a term used loosely. The first time i had a return she said nothing the whole time and then when the transaction was done she just said "ok bye" and the second time she just tossed my item on to the counter when she was done ringing it up and maybe said 4 words to me. She didnt even ask if i wanted a bag. Whether i purchase one item or twenty it would be polite to just ask. I get people having off days and i dont expect someone to tell me their life story but i still am a paying customer but as long as she continues to be rude i dont think id like to shop somewhere i dont...

I never leave negative reviews. I just left the store and feel compelled to. Someone that called themselves the general manager is waiting there to battle people about returns. Not only did she give me a very hard time and was completely unprofessional but she did it to someone else while I was standing there. She made me feel so uncomfortable like I was doing something wrong by returning my sons pants and basically called me a liar about fitting him. I told her I could bring him to the store and show her the pants didn’t fit. She was so rude and disrespectful I feel uncomfortable walking into that store again. The other girls were...
