Starbucks — Restaurant in Newton

I have been to this store couple of times. The first time the person making the coffees seam nervous, did not interact with me at all, when I attempt to get a tray he snap at me. I thought wow. Second time today, my card is as low so I had to reload it, I moved away and pull my mask down so my phone could see ky face to reload, he snap at me again, telling me to put my mask on. If you are really that concern you should be home. I put my life on the line in the operating room everyday to everyone. And worst of all, he was bare hands touching everything, i told him, dont worry, i wont come here again, and you did not use gloves, his response: i washed my hands, i did not see that! I replied, and you should sanitize it. Well....

Love the attitude, friendly, and professional of the baristas who work here.

I was in a rush, didn't see the name of the barista (with nice colourful hair color) who made and beautifully created my challenging order to celebrate (and sugar cheat) for my birthday. I looked at my beautifully created venti size of iced matcha with espresso shots (and several toppings, etc.) and I heard the barista said "success" with a smile. This moment just made my day from a long and busy day today! Thank you. Beautiful and tasty drink!

I've actually never been to a starbucks this bad. People were ordering drinks and waiting while this female employee with medium brown skin and black hair was just texting, holding the coffee in her hand, making everyone wait. It's 1pm on a Thursday, it's not busy. Rinse repeat with the next drink, constantly texting and making people wait. My drink was wrong too, and instead of correcting it, the female employee actually started arguing with me. Finally just had to leave about 15 minutes after I ordered. Place was a mess too, dirty and poorly stocked. Who's managing...
