I visited this location on a Sunday Morning. Overall, very the pasties were very good, the team members there were trying and giving it everything they could. Shout out to the team for that, that team gets a 10/10 for being such a new location. However here is where my feedback comes into play out this chaotic and dysfunctional interaction. This Newtown Square location is set in Ellise Preserve, literally steps from two very busy and well put together businesses - Toastique & Spread Bagelry. Both of these locations, if the manager step foot outside of their doors, not even inside, would see that there are lines out the doors on the weekends, or any given morning being honest. One should know that at least the first month of opening this Paris Baguette location would be lines for hours. No storefront in Ellise Preserve is slow or even mid paced. Every store is consistently bustling. With all the workstations behind the counter, there were only five people. Five people for 2 full service coffee stations, three registers, and one oven stack. There should have been at least two more people. But also, the manger was not helping their team. Instead they were sitting in the seating area on their laptop, when they should have been behind the counter helping the team with their backed up orders. 20 minutes for coffee was insane, but its no ones fault who was working the counter. Everyone is new, there just wasn't enough help. Not enough workers - with an...

The new Paris Baguette in Newtown Square is exactly what this area needed ā a bright, modern bakery cafĆ© that feels welcoming from the moment you walk in. The space is spotless, beautifully designed, and filled with the amazing aroma of fresh pastries coming out of the oven.
The display cases are absolutely stunning ā full of delicate croissants, cream-filled pastries, fruit tarts, and signature cakes that look straight out of a Paris patisserie. Everything Iāve tried so far has been fresh, buttery, and perfectly balanced ā not overly sweet like many bakeries. The almond croissant and strawberry soft cream cake are must-tries.
They also have a great selection of sandwiches, salads, and coffee drinks ā perfect for a quick lunch or an afternoon pick-me-up. The staff are friendly, patient, and genuinely seem excited to be part of the community.
Itās a wonderful spot to meet a friend, grab a quiet coffee, or pick up an elegant dessert for a dinner party. You can tell a lot of care went into this location, and itās already become one of my favorite places in town.
Highly recommend stopping by ā youāll leave happy (and probably with a box full of pastries you didnāt...
