This was not our first time here we have dined in many times. We were celebrating a family birthday. We were enjoying ourselves We had a double booth for adults and we put our grandkids all teenagers in a booth 5 of them..we were a group of 14. At the end of our meal we had a birthday cake brought to the table that we brought in..I brought the paper plates napkins and plastic forks and a knife to cut. And as we were enjoying our time here we had a visitor a mouse...so you know the reactions....it joined our group under the table...my feet....and it took off again under another and than under the table across from us which was empty....finally after 7 minutes finally a group of rude employees male took the initiative to catch the mouse and that entailed stabbing the mouse and you even heard the mouse squeal ....my daughter in law was visibly upset and left the restaurant....this was inappropriate in front of diners who were in view Of what they did ....And what was even worse not one employee apologized.... We gathered our belongings and settled o ur 350.00 bill and 75 dollar tip....I stoppped at the door and said something to the male host and I found him sarcastic and rude..ou r reservation was for 615 on Feb 10th....Celine Clemens...and I feel this was not handled...

First, we walked in and was seated at a dirty table. Ordered two sangrias one mango and then believe ruby red. The mango was so awful that I asked if they could swap it for red one. My husband said it won’t taste any better so just don’t order anymore. Well, I ordered the red one and it tasted more like seltzer water than the one he already had. What I can’t stand is when asked, and you express to any waiter that something they’re serving isn’t right they just give you a blank stupid stare after you’ve told them you don’t like something when they ask you then ask if you want another serving. Second, we walked to the restroom together after we were seated. There were two different puddles of water on the floor. I thought well it is starting to rain outside but then realized it wasn’t raining when we got there. After a full 90 minutes I went to use the restroom before we left and the two same puddles were still there. Now, I would have been wrong had I purposely fell on the floor, cried wolf and sued your establishment. Third, though the pizza isn’t what it was in the 90’s however, it wasn’t too bad considering the last time I’ve been 25-30 years ago. The only thing it sent me and my husband straight to the bathroom. I hope the CEO realizes that he beds to make...

I go to Uno about once a week. I typically tip 3$ per drink because i have always worked in the service industry and i like to take care of people. Today i walked in sat at the bar and was glanced at and ignored for atleast 3-4 min(1-2min. is what restaurant employees are told is the max acceptable time before greeting guests) . When the bartender finally greeted me i asked for a beer. She carded me and poured a beer. That was the last i heard from her. I took a menu myself looked it over for a while and closed it infront of me half hanging off the bar on her side. I waited.. and waited and finally left without paying for my drink. This woman really screwed it up for the other more competant bartenders and the establishment is lucky there was only 1 beer on my tab as i would have walked on a hundred dollar tab. I will certainly be slandering Uno Chicago Grill in Newtown sq PA for quite a while. As well as enjoying all the extra $ i save not throwing money at these chicks for the terribly difficuly job of pouring a beer and saying hello. Good to know its not...

This is a Pizzeria Uno, a franchised chain, so you already know what it is like. The food should be exactly like every other Pizzeria Uno that you have ever been to. This Pizzeria Uno is no exception. The food is consistent with the high standards of the chain. With all that said, this Uno was very clean on this Sunday afternoon. Counters, bathrooms, floors and table tops were all clean and well maintained. All of the flatware was clean and polished. If I were performing a franchise audit, then this Uno would pass with high marks. Our server, (Monty), was friendly and attentive. He joked with the children, and was very patient with our elderly guests. Requests for additional plates, napkins, etc. were met with speed and aplomb. We had a very pleasant afternoon. A fun, Sunday family meal for a economic price. I highly recommend the Newtown Square Pizzeria Uno for cleanliness, consistency and great service. TheBillo313

1st let me say it is normally much better but not today. Right now I have my entire meal but no drinks or utensils. Mind you, the drinks are just water. I order the unlimited soup with a salad and of the available soup choice, they are actually broth. Neither the chowder or the broccoli had anything other than the soup base. The chowder ingredients were burned to bottom of pan from lack of attention by staff. I cant attach the videos of the soup in their containers of I could u would see there is nothing in them. Not a great experience today. Manager did eventually address the soup issue

Horrible..my seafood selection of Haddock fish with roasted veggies and mash potatoes was just blah...no seasoning...only good thing was the roasted veggies..the fish was just boiled and bread crumbs on top...just horrible, I felt so bloated after eating just a few bites, I ended my dinner by throwing up...never again. The pizza was ok but so much butter on the dough to make it soft...it was just ridiculous. I was full after eating one small piece of the pizza.
