EVERYONE ALWAYS GREETS YOU, ALWAYS WITH A SMILE AND ALWAYS A FEELING OF BEING WELCOME THERE.
Food is always fresh and, service always over and above accommodating, NEVER the feeling of being rushed, and NEVER having to find staff because you're ready to leave.
I stumbled upon Newtown Pizza Palace on a week night looking for somewhere to get takeout after 830-9pm. I had worked late and hadn't eaten one thing all day. Knowing most places usually close around 8-9, and it being slightly after 9 at the time, i knew (or thought I knew) I was out of luck. After trying 2-3 places only to find out they were closed or would soon be in the process of closing. I ended up calling Newtown Pizza Palace and having the pleasure of a gentleman with a Greek accent politely pick up the phone. Surprised they were open, I asked if they were getting ready to leave, and that I didnt want to inconvenience or keep anyone late. He assured me there was no inconvenience at all, and that during the week they close at 10, even if they were ready to go, customers always come first and he always, ALWAYS makes sure people get to eat no matter how late it may be. His customers are never an inconvenience. I truly believe that 100% because not only that time, but everytime I've been there, everyone makes you feel as if you as the customer are the most important part if their business and always feeling they would do anything to make your meal and experience nothing less than perfect. Even when busy, there isn't one person including people in the back preparing food that don't smile and say hi.
Its hard to find businesses that make you feel like you are not an inconvenience, or welcome. I can promise that you never get that feeling coming here. Very far from your "same old same old Pizza place" that are a dime a dozen. I thought places where accommodation, convenience with pleasant staff with pride were long gone. Its nice that Newtown Pizza palace exists!
I feel like no matter how long or bad of a day it was or however hungry you may be, the staff and restaurant are the...

Read moreNewtown Pizza Palace has been a family favorite of ours for many years! It is a very small Restaurant/Pizzeria in the heart of Newtown on Churchill Road. It is a cozy little restaurant where you can take your entire family! The Management and Restaurant staff are so friendly and attentive, that you will feel as though you are a member of their family! Not in the mood to dine out? No problem! You can call in your order for either take-out or Delivery! I think that we can all agree that with the recent increase of Food Chains/Franchises, the pizza from those places can not be compared to the good, old-fashioned, delicious pizza from the local “Mom & Pop Pizzerias!” I believe we can all remember looking forward to our families’ weekly “Friday Pizza Nights” as kids! In my opinion, if we had eaten pizza from Dominoes, Papa John’s, Planet Pizza (just to name a few…) “Friday Pizza Night” would be as unpopular as “the night before the First Day of School!” In our house, I have carried on my family’s “Friday Pizza Night” from pizza from OUR local Mom & Pop Pizzeria… Newtown...
