Regarding Employment: Watch out for the supervisor Chedean, she is immature/unprofessional & does not know how to respect employees therefor does not know how to speak to them especially train new hires.. overreacts like a child, most likely because the District Manager named, Seema, is the exact same, throws lil tantrums when she’s not in control, plays dumb but is well informed of whats going on, very shady individual, an unprofessional idiot that does not care bout respecting others, this is the result when your millionaire owner of a father grants you as District Manager.. another supervisor named Rabia is just an idiot, very unorganized especially mentally & always 45 min late yet still employed.. Behind the scenes the baker does not wear gloves, i’ve seen him cross contaminate, touching his phone (cell phones are bacteria infested) cough, sneeze and pick his nose while preparing doughnuts, the coffee pots have MOLD and i’ve seen everyone cross contaminate.. Another employee named, Catherine is pushing 50 years old and yet acts childish, gossips, acts two-face & talks badly in front & behind your back, a ghetto hoodrat drama queen that looks for problems for her own entertainment.. Iam a regular customer !!! Not only do they need to work on this store but they need to work on putting more managers in there store!! You know your store is busy at night but leaves 1 person to servive for themselves like if there in a jungle!! Anywho I usually get a med coffee cream only!!! The young lady ALWAYS had the coffee fresh and hot!!! Also the temp in the store for air is TERRIBLE! Who are you punishing your workers? Because all the customers cannot stand to sit inside due to it being more humid then outside. The owners are being cheap smh! Just sad sad sad! The bathrooms smell like an ally bc I’m guessing they have sewer problems? America Runs on Dunkin Not Dirty!!! And this place isn’t so veggie! How do you serve veggie and don’t have egg whites!!! BUMMER!! Not so veggie after all!!! also! I notice it’s not diversed at all!!! Which seems funny!!! Majority of the WORKERS does not seem to know how to take a order! During my recent visit to this Dunkin' Donuts , I witnessed a troubling interaction between the manager, Talat, and a younger employee. The manager's tone and language seemed harsh and abusive. Concerned, I approached Talat to discuss the matter. Her response indicated a belief that such behavior was an acceptable way to manage employees, which I found deeply inappropriate and unsettling.

In my opinion, every workplace, especially in a diverse and respectful society like America, should uphold standards of dignity and respect. The justification of such behavior based on norms from other regions is not acceptable. We must adhere to professional and respectful conduct in all workplaces, regardless of cultural background.

This experience was disappointing and contrary to the standards of professionalism and respect that I expect in any establishment. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration to improve the working environment for the employees and the overall experience...
