I normally don't write reviews but felt obligated to this time. The food is decent, but the service is horribly incompetent. Two different scenarios:
1 - I went to pick up some rice and a chicken dish. When I got there, the entire staff was attending to some party going on while I and 3/4 other people were standing by the main desk. When someone finally came around, I told him my order and he told me to wait 30 minutes and then ran off somewhere. There was no one at the front desk for a good hour. When someone finally came back to the front desk, I asked where my order was. Apparently, my order was done about 30 minutes ago, but no one had bothered to tell me. I guess attending to some party was more important than the other customers.
2 - I placed an order online around lunch time for a wrap and went to pick it up about 30 minutes later. I get there and it's apparently done, but they had given me a bowl instead of the wrap. The guy at the front desk tells me he'll get it fixed within 5 minutes. I end up waiting about 20 minutes and it finally comes out. I ask the guy if I can get the drink with it as well (ordered on the site). He gives me a very annoyed response saying to just grab it from cooler. I grab my drink, drive home, open the wrap, and realize that they didn't bother adding the onions and the chicken was semi cold.

Read moreI am not sure who is writing the reviews (owner's or cook's friends or family maybe?) however the food here is not even at a mediocre level. I have been here twice. The first time it was with a large gathering and they had a buffet set up. The food was just ok, nothing special. Some of us thought maybe they chose to work on cooking the large quantity of food and not care about how it really tasted at the point. The only item that was pretty good was the bhiriyani. Otherwise everything else tasted something cooked at home by a newbie learning to cook. Nonetheless, I came here again with a much smaller group. We ordered a few things. The bhihari boti was hard to chew it was like they forgot to add tenderizer. I mean we felt like our teeth would come out. It had no taste, it was a waste of money! The vegetable salan was not cooked properly and the cook forgot the salt! The potatoes was undercooked! The bhiriyani were decent. The haleem was so bland and again just blah! I just dont get the reviews. Either people do not understand what pakistani cuisine is supposed to tatse like or they just like the location and not having to drive to devon for food and so come here, but the food is not tasty at all. The service is super slow the prices are not reasonable for what they serve! Not...
Read more(Update) this is our to go place and we absolutely love it.
We've been here twice. The first time, we tried halwa puri, anda puri and bihari kabab and paratha. The halwa puri is one of the best I've ever tried in any US restaurant (10/10). Anda puri was good as well, I'd give it a 9/10. The bihari kabab was okay (7/10). I've had better. They serve everything with two sauces, and I guess there's room for improvement. Second time, we tried goat pulao (which was not on the menu but a daily special), chicken 65, beef shami kabab and falooda. The goat pulao was good (I don't like the strong spices and smell most restaurants have in their biryani ), but this one was milder and good(9/10). The shami kabab was good as well, not exactly like homemade, but huge in size and tasted good (9/10). I liked the chicken 65 better than any Indian restaurants I've tried in Illinois or California (the best one was from Atlanta), I'd give it a 10. The lassi was okay (7/10), and the falooda was interesting. It is not like the typical falooda. It just had the kulfi and some noodles on top of it. The kulfi tasted good. Overall, we like this place a lot. They have great service, the owner (I guess) came this time to check how the food and...
