The reason why I came here is because we had such a great time the last time I came here my brother and I brought our kids and the kids were playing on the stage catching the bubbles great atmosphere great food are waitress was amazing. I came here with a friend to have a couple drinks and finish our laptop work. Ordering your own food through your phone your drink everything was done through the phone there was no service the only service that there was was a lady bringing you your food and drink. Equivalent to the restaurants will you place your order of food and the waitress doesn't bring out your food it is one of the kitchen boys and that's their only job. I normally you leave a tip because the waitress was great she was quick very attentive she enhanced your experience at that restaurant. Over here because of that system the waitress she was very friendly was unable to what's the word waitress. Due to this new system. As I was working it occurred to me that the waitress never came by to ask us if we wanted more drinks or something, but then it hit me like a pound of bricks. She won't do that because everything has to be done through your phone now. That's why I rated the service one star because of the new system there was none. I can totally tell the waitress was more than capable. I would prefer the service of the waitress any day in Happily leave a tip. My family and I have visit this place at least a half dozen times now. Our last visit on Saturday is going to be the last. The beer is mediocre and the food is decent. However my main gripe with this place is the service.

The staff is really unpleasant to deal with. They’re either really awkward or just straight up anti-social. There’s an online ordering system, which I kind of hate, but it’s the saving grace because I wouldn’t trust anyone that works there to take my order.

This past Saturday, my wife and I sat down at the bar and the bartender promptly told us that their was an order of Mac and cheese coming to that spot so we should tell the staff who brings it out that it is not for us but for someone named John (but it’s actually for her). A bit strange but whatever. This order shows up and we told the staff member serving it that it’s for the bartender who immediately reprimanded us and told us that “we should not have done that.” Apparently she wasn’t supposed to be ordering food during her shift…

This is just the most recent bizarre staff related occurrence of many over the times we have visited. That was the straw that broke the camels back for us. The food doesn’t justify the poor service.

My best recommendations are that they drop the whole online ordering system and hiring an actual wait staff that has experience. Literally clean house. Also the place is very sterile looking. It’s like hanging out in the cafeteria at a college or some kind of corporate office.

I hope this is considered being that the place has much potential and fills a niche...
