This review comes to you in several parts:
Part one is on the size and texture of the normal chicken nuggets. I did not take a picture but while eating my normal non-spicy chicken nuggets, I noted that they were smaller and more breaded than typical. Otherwise they tasted fine and not out of the ordinary. I got them with the ranch. I would like to complain on a sidenote that the creamy Sriracha was the best sauce and I do not know why they chose to discontinue it.
Part two is a complaint against the fries. Not just this trip, but several recent trips spread over several months, as we do not frequent Wendy’s, but it is my favorite fast food place, at least up until now, The fries have been crispy in a different scent and a different taste. They don’t taste as potato E and also they have an after sense of spiciness, because I suspect that they use the same fry it oil for the spicy nuggets as they do for everything else. This is not acceptable, as it leads to cross-contamination and spicy fries, which my husband is very sensitive to. He has gastrointestinal issues which prohibit him from enjoying anything spicy.
Part three I think it’s the last part of this review for this particular specific Wendy’s location on the night of September 7, 2021, and it is a bit more graphic, so please stop reading now, I will make it as general as possible. My husband and I dined around 7:30 PM on the above stated evening. Two hours later, just as I was laying down to go to bed a feeling of great and imminent distress overcame my intestinal system. Now, I do not get food poisoning regularly, easily, and I have not had it recently. I can say without a doubt, That this was the worst experience with diarrhea I have had in my entire existence on this earth. I am grateful that I am young and hearty, And that I bore this out with little to no long-term repercussions. However, nothing has affected my body the way that those Wendy’s chicken nuggets and/or fries had.
My deduction is this: I had an extremely bad reaction to my meal, but my husband who had fries and a burger, did not have the same reaction although he did feel nauseous and nearly threw up. Neither of us ate anything after we had our Wendy’s meal. I can only conclude that Wendy’s was the culprit to my in my husband‘s experience.
My conclusion to this review does not affect all Wendy’s everywhere. I am still a fan of the franchise, however the location located on Touhy Avenue may need to look in to cleaning. And, overall, I would like Wendy’s to make sure that they do not need to recall any chicken nuggets, fries, or oil. and for the love of God please don’t fry spicy nuggets with anything else.
And bring back the creamy Sriracha sauce...

We ordered using the fancy automated machines and they had neither drink in stock. A beautiful polite black woman helps me get two drinks. I return to my table and discover that I accidently got a drink with sugar... Oops!
So I return to the counter and flagged down a Hispanic manager. In a stellar display, he looked at me as if I was the rudest person on earth as I requested an unsweeted beverage. He wanted to refuse to remake the drink, but I persisted and requested an unsweeted tea. He huffs, grabs my drink, and disappears around the corner. The woman in line looked at me and mouths, "What's his problem?" He returns, I grab my drink, and go back to my table.
I take a sip. Sweet Tea.
This was malicious and dangerous. I am fortunate, but diabetes runs in my family. Just because you are having a bad day, don't want to deal with a customer, or am just a stickler for the rules; you have no right to jeopardize a customer's health.
I won't be returning to...
Read moreDon’t go to this Wendy’s unless you want to wait to order or wait for your order. This place does Not know what fast food means. Anytime of the day you can go here and you will be told to wait to order which literally takes them almost 5 minutes at times and if you patiently wait those 5 mins it takes equally as long if not longer to get your food. The workers here are out of touch with the consumers and Clearly don’t care to deliver fast food. We all work and whether it’s during morning, lunch or afternoon or even at night we expect swift service. We have Lives and Jobs and it is unacceptable behavior making your customers late or inconveniencing them due to the inability to provide fast service. This is Fast Food. If I wanted to wait for my meal I’d go eat at an actual restaurant and eat actual better quality food. The prices for a meal for two here is more than what you would have actually spent dining in at an actual restaurant. This place needs to shut down or hire people motivated to...
