Arby's — Restaurant in Noblesville

My roommate and myself, went originally through the drive thru at this location when business was slow no one was inside and we were the only car at the window, we wait several minutes for service. Eventually my roommate said hello, I’d like to order please. In which we got the response of “ we will be with you as soon as possible” , then we said okay. Then over 10 Minutes go bye, and now the line of cars has come to 4 cars behind us, with no one taken our order yet still. So, I suggest we go inside the restaurant to find out what is going on, and as someone who used to work at an Arby’s I am very unimpressed with service from drive thru workers who were just sitting in the window not doing anything. Needless to say, the front of house person. Their first language was not English nothing wrong with that. But, it little frustrating having to repeat a name for an order 3 times, after being ignored in the order speaker prior to that. Also went roommate placed her order in she asked for Arby’s sauce for her to go order. The same person that took the order proceeded to gesture to the inside condiments depositor. Which was also annoying because the order was “to go”, and she was asking for packets in the bag. The food was not a disappointment but your worker service sucked. Which really broke the back...

Had a very disappointing visit I ordered three wraps. Two turkey bacon wraps and one Mediterranean. When I got home and got my food out for my family the wrap were many wraps I couldn't believe how tiny they were and had hardly any anything in them except. They were so tiny I was just amazed that they would actually give me something like that and I have ordered these before and they were nothing like this. Didn't give me a receipt I didn't think about it and now I wish I had a receipt so I can return them. I also ordered mozzarella sticks and jalapeno poppers. They gave me that bag first and I sat it in my car. They told me my wraps will be out and took little while . My mozzarella bites jalapeno poppers we're pretty much cold by the time I took off. Stopped by Noblesville today to grab a couple sandwiches, a girl at the frie machine informed me that I didn't park in a correct manner. As the lady behind the register smirked, I replied, I really don't care, I parked the car and I will park any where I want and I will complete my order. I parked across from the drive up...I also have handicap tags. Well eventually the person who was supposed to be the manager, a man I believe, told me handicap spots were on the other side of the building.....after spending $19 and some change what did I do. Every time I go in there, the so called manger is so hateful....I have no clue. She spoke rude to the next customer.... 😊 Tell the Mr manager to post signs per the police department. Until then...
