Greek's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Noblesville

We get Greeks from time to time and it’s always good, but tonight is the worst experience I’ve ever had here. I called in an initial delivery order of a large pepperoni pizza, breadsticks, hot and spicy boneless wings and a tossed salad. They were having issues with the card system and weren’t able to take my card over the phone so I said would just come pick it up and pay there. When we get there, they say they don’t have an order under my name, but eventually find it. When we get home there’s several things wrong. We got 2 sets of bread sticks, no wings, no marinara sauce, and the tossed salad had cranberries and olives on it. I called, and they tried to offer me a 5 dollar credit and asked me to use that credit to reorder the food I didn’t receive. After talking a little bit more they agreed to remake my wings and the salad. When I picked them up, I not only had bone in wings (I wanted boneless) but I also got the antipasto salad instead of the tossed as requested. At this point I just left because I’m not going to go back in a 3rd time and wait again to have the food remade. Very disappointed and probably will not be ordering from this...

We tried Greeks pizza on a recommendation from a friend. The first run we ordered from DoorDash and it came from a Greeks further away because our local store doesn’t work with DoorDash. When it arrived it was not as hot as desired through no fault of Greeks or really DoorDash. However we were missing half our order. DoorDash gave us a refund. Bummer we didn’t have enough food to go around and shame on us for not realizing it was coming from further away.

This time we opted to order direct from our local store. The website was clunky and would accept my phone number. This has since been fixed. We called in our order for pick up. It took a few tries to get through. Ordering was easy. Upon arrival it took a few calls to get through to tell them I was there. They then brought out the pizza and set it in the car. It was as non contact as you can get. Got it home and it was much hotter and great pizza. We like the not too sweet and a little tangy sauce along with the hand tossed crust. It’s a little on greasy but it’s full of meat and cheese what do you expect? All in all 5 stars we’ll continue to order...

No inside service so can’t review atmosphere. Placed order online. Pickup been 6:42-6:57. Finally got pizza at 7:11. Did not get complete order. Called for refund and was told they don’t do refunds! Had to go back and get the sticks! Greasy crust, terrible pizza. Terrible, terrible, rude service!! Not even speaking when he showed back up breadsticks!!! Can’t give a star for that either. Avoid this location at all cost!

UPDATE: my husband went back for the breadsticks. There was nothing said by staff as they handed them to him. He placed them in the front car seat as he brought them home. He noticed that there was some butter on the cast seat as he got out. His shirt got lots of butter all down the front. When he went out to clean up the car seat he discovered A LOT of butter in the back seat floor board!! So there was MUCH BUTTER in the container that leaked out into the car seat (absorbing I’m sure as it went) into the floor board. Smelled garlic for days!
