If there was a "0 Stars" option, I'd use it.....
This place is absolutely too slow. Especially when they are not busy. They have a double-drive through, but almost always they either only have one employee taking one's order while the other lane waits, and/or they get confused on who's order is who's. The manager is absolutely terrible, and everyone should be fired. Almost every time I go, this is what occurs:
I have to wait for the other driver in the other lane to finish ordering before I can order. Why have two lanes if you don't have two people taking orders?
I make my order, even though most of the time their BREAKFAST menu is still up (They are supposed to rotate the menus, correct??)
I'm then waiting and waiting to pull forward since they are so slow. Most of the time, I'm not even told "Your total is $x.xx. Please pull forward". Just about every time, it's "$x.xx.", in a rude tone.
Just about every time, they'll repeat the total in the rude tone when I pull to the first window, and then throw their arm out to you with your receipt with an attitude. No "Thank you!", "Have a good evening", or even "Thanks". Don't expect even a 1/2 star service when it comes to how they treat their customers.
I then wait again forever, and then finally pull to the second window, where either my food will take another 5-10 minutes for them to bag, and give to you (They walk all the way back to the counter SO SLOWLY, and come back with your bag of soggy and cold food after walking slower than ever.), or sometimes I'm "lucky" and they'll have my soggy cold food in their hand hanging out the window before I reach the window.
They then never say thanks, have a great day, or acknowledge you in any way. Literally, I waited 25 minutes the other day from the time that I ordered to the time that the food was in my hands. I ordered, waited, waited, waited, and was then asked when I still at the window "What'd you order again?". And then I wait, wait, wait, and I received my order, a simple McDouble and 2 Apple Pies. My McDouble was soggy, ketchup all over the place, and it was poorly wrapped. And then my apple pies weren't even close to being warm. In fact, it tasted too cold to even eat. I didn't even bother trying to have them correct my order, because I knew that I would be given a bad attitude by their manager, and would have had to have waited another half hour to get somewhat more adequate food in my hand.
Makes you wonder what the workers inside do all...
Read moreI visited this location at 1810 Conner Street in Noblesville on June 3rd, 2024 and it was unbelievably the worst experience I have ever had at any fastfood restaurant. The general manager at this location is the most unprofessional, nasty mouth, rude food service person I've ever encountered. I had an issue going through the drive through. After I placed part of my order the worker stop communicating with me and didn't respond anymore. Since there were multiple cars behind me I pulled out of line, parked and when inside. I explained to the cashier what happened and while she tried to explain it to the manager, the manager not knowing I could hear her told the employee helping me that I should have stayed in line. The manager stated that she was tired of these "rude people." At that point I started videoing the rest of the conversation. I expressed to the manager that I had a problem and that's why I came inside. She told me in a very nasty tone that her new employee had a problem with the earset and if I'm that impatient that I could go somewhere else. I asked for the store manager and she stated that would be her. I then asked for the district managers number and she told that she wasn't giving me anything. I told her that I was videoing the conversation and said she didn't care. She displayed the worst and unprofessional attitude and did all of this in front of her workers. No wonder the some of the employees act in the manner they do. I had a lady get up and tell me how rude the manager was to her and another person before I came in. She stated that the manager was cussing and slammed her food down on the counter. (All of this on the video). I wish there was a way to put this video on here. I tried calling the corporate office but got no response. I will never visit this location again and it's a shame because I pass it going home a few days a week with my grandchildren. No wonder why there are so much violence inside these restaurants, half of it has to do with the employees attitudes and behaviors. If I don't get a response from the management team today I will be blasting this video all over social media. Eric Moore can you please reevaluate your management team? I can't spend anymore money with you until you do and after reading a lot of these reviews on this location there seems to be a lot of people that feel the same way. This store gets 0 stars! Read moreI ordered a triple cheeseburger combo, asked for salt & ketchup. After I paid I immediately was told to pull up... food came out in about 6-8min. No napkins, ketchup or salt. The person who brought out the food. Told me if I wanted any of those things I should've told the cashier which I did... so I went back in and got ketchup and salt I mentioned to the staff to not send him out without atleast napkins. Then I proceeded to eat inside. Multiple were waiting on food. I proceeded to eat my fries first then my sandwich. It was room temp. No melted cheese just. Blahhh... so I approached the counter again and asked to get a hot sandwich. All along watching management drop of inside orders with barely any eye contact. Just a robotic thank you and they were gone. Customer wanting attention for whatever reason were not seen or heard. I finally recieved my sandwich and it was warm not hot. It was given to me by Supervisor Julio, who I tried to exsplain to him about my sandwich and the fact that thiers no napkins in the bag. He wasn't hearing it. He literally RAN away. He didn't want to hear anything I said. I asked a employee who he was, they said Julio he's a Supervisor i was told. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE on a upper management person. Shame on him... I was told by a employee that Julio was filling in and he's not use to working on the floor & he was stressing... BooHoo.. This says alot about McDonald's upper Management needles to say... I'll never visit this restaurant again... Thank you RYLAND for handling the situation like UPPER management...
