I’ve ordered from here quite a few times and overall it’s not an impressive location. The food is good for the most part although the service is slow and all the employees are very young and seem to have little desire to be working there. They all wear different clothing too. There could be 5 workers in the store and they all have different shirts on and most wear athletic shorts since it’s summer. The one girl I saw working a few weeks ago had on jean shorts with a pack of menthols half hanging out one back pocket while she was working the cutting table. It’s just not a good look to me. What happened to any sort of uniform standards. The current store manager is very nice and seems to care but he’s about the only one. My most recent order from the other day was a pickup for pizza and boneless wings. I purposely waited 20 minutes to get there and my pizza was done but the wings weren’t. It had said a 12 minute wait on the app. All you do for wings is put them on a sheet and run them through the oven. It’s just that type of stuff that happens all the time at this location. And I’m pretty sure that the reason for long delivery times (other than staffing issues) is that the drivers take 2 or 3 deliveries at once and they might be on opposite sides of town from one another. So instead of the next driver taking one of those orders and getting it there in 10 minutes, the driver who took a double or triple has to drive 10 minutes one way to deliver then 20 minutes back the other way to deliver...
Read moreI placed my order online for pick up. When I arrived two of my pizzas were missing. The young lady working the register said it would be a short wait until they could re-make my missing pizzas. After standing there for maybe 10 mins I asked about how long it would be before my pizza would be done. She didn't answer me and walked to the were the pizzas were being cut and gave that person my ticket. After an additional amount of time, probably 10 mins or so I asked for an estimated time. She said "I don't know" and then continued on with what she was doing. I probably asked another 3 times and had the same terrible "I don't know" response. After waiting for about 40 mins I asked again for an update and this time she took my ticket to the person who makes the pizzas and then she told me she didn't know again how long the pizzas would be. I had young kids in my car crying, and guests at my house for me to bring the food home and I was extremely frustrated that the customer service was so terrible. I asked for a refund and she got the manager at the time. The manager was around the entire time this was going on and offered to do NOTHING to help. She issued me a refund for just the two pizzas. She did not refund the tip that they did not deserve and offered nothing to try to get my business back again. This is the 3rd bad experience I have had at this location. I have no intention of...

She says my order is ready and then I get hung up on. They have my number and don’t bother to give me a call back.... so I get there to pick up my order and I ask if I can add cheese sticks to it. The guy laughs sarcastically and tells me that will be an extra 30 minutes. 30 minutes for cheese bread? I said well forget it then. He then asked if there’s anything else that I would like to which I said no obviously it will take way too long. It was like there was only two people working there.
