Worst service we've had in a long time and I work in customer service. The lady who answered was rude and short, told her we had a pickup order but she said they didn't have one, so my husband told her we had an order # if that would help but she still said they didn't have one and hung up on him!!! He had to push the button again, and again, she was rude and then said they would bring it out and hung up. He tried a third time to see if they had the "correct" order before they came out and she said they will bring it out shortly and hung up AGAIN!! Not only is it rude to hang up on someone before the conversation is finished, but the tone she gave off, as if WE were a problem. This is absolutely the rudest behavior for anyone to have in customer service. We placed the order at 6:03pm (Sunday) and it said the order was ready by 6:08. We arrived at 6:10, we live very close. The burgers were soggie and onion rings we over fried. I am appalled that someone this rude still has a job in customer service bc we all know that if she can be that rude to one person, she's been rude to others. Read moreI never really have any issues with Sonic but wanted to let someone know that I went and got two cherry limeades this past Sunday and i had some extra money on me. I wanted to do something nice so I tipped $20 to the carhop for an order that was less than $5. Not even a thank you. Nothing. She looked at the bill and just turned around and walked away. Nothing. I can think of it as maybe this happens all the time and getting a $20 tip is nothing to them or maybe she thought I had given her a $20 tip on accident and she didn't want to tell me to keep the money. I hope it is the former but who knows. Maybe she didn't really look at the bill until she got inside and then noticed but even then, nothing. Read moreA couple of things about this location. This evening, my wife stopped in to get a snack for our son between a couple of sports events. A couple of girls had pushed a lot of the buttons on the drive-in spaces and then hit the walk up buttons. They got served their food before my wife was even answered. So she left without any food. I use the app & ordered ahead about 15 minutes later to get (again) the snack for our son & a couple of little things for my wife & me. When I arrived I checked in immediately & it still took more than 15 minutes to get my order. Meanwhile kids were going to the walk-up boards & ordering & getting served before my food arrived.
