I went in this morning for a coffee after a rough night/yesterday. The road to our house washed out from all the massive amounts of rain we got yesterday, and our family (including 3 kids under 5) was unexpectedly stuck, unable to go home. We ended up spending the night at a hotel, had to wear the same clothes this morning, though thankfully we were able to shower. I showed up at this Starbucks and was greeted by the cashier who had big beautiful hair with a big beautiful personality to match it. I think her apron said her name was Cori? She’s a military spouse. Anyways, she made a comment about how she loved my shirt, and made everyone look at it (it says “all I need is coffee and gangsta’ rap”), and then she also said my haircut was cute and I just looked so cute. I just wanted to let her know how much that made my day. After being temporarily homeless, having to wear yesterday’s dirty clothes, not sleeping well, etc her kind words really brightened my morning and I found myself thinking “man, I wish I lived closer to here so I could make this ‘my’ Starbucks!” Thank you, and keep being a positive light...
Read moreMy co-workers and I come to this Starbucks all the time as it is the closes one to our work place. However this time around rather than the super friendly team members that normally help us we were helped by a Ann the store manager. Who took our order of 6 drinks which were a little complicated. Ann was breathing and sighing into the mike very much displeased with our order. Wanting to make changes to the order and just very audibly annoyed. As someone who has worked a drive-thru I was very much shocked at how she was acting while on the mike with a guest. I understand that sometimes it’s hard to keep it together with a complicated order but if you are in a managing position you should know that, that is no way to sound while on headset with a guest. I have never visited a Starbucks that has made me so uncomfortable in my own car… and just from briefly speaking with the very nice lady on the window it sounds like the whole team is having a hard time...
Read moreGet a new Manager please ! Today is February 16th and we thought why not try the Starbucks next to my home again, forsure by now they have fixed their ordering issues. NOT!!!!!! Even the workers are upset about running out of the product. What is the problwm ? AGAIN!!!! Here is my prior post i guess management doesnt read. On Jan 28, against my better judgment i went to the closest Starbuck by my house. I can't believe this happened again!! . Why cant they order to fullfill demand. Seriously.
This Starbucks is always out of menu items. Bummer is you have to wait in line to find out, then you are stuck. Four times i have gone for a refresher, for example, and they are out. If this happens to me radome times, how many more people does it happening to? I just wonder why they don't increase their supply. Seems like an inventory issue that is...
