Update! Alot has changed in a year for this Tropical Smoothie location. They are the absolute worst when it comes to customer service. They never picked up the phone, even when they are not busy. Smoothies are hit or miss, never consistent and the wait times are ridiculous. I really wish there was another location close by because I spend to much money with this location to not be treated like a loyal customer. Because of how much I visit you guys is why my expectations are so high. I believe it's a combination of the management staff that runs the place when the owners are not there. You guys should really evaluate who you have running your business when you're not around. Read moreI've been going for almost 3 weeks because I got addicted to their bowls. I stopped eating there because my job normally feed us from here monthly and the wraps are always cold. The rice and the beans be hard to chew, so I lost interest until the bowls. This one day last week I rushed online to order, it happened to be free smoothie day as a reward. I kept clicking add to order but the site wasn't accepting it. I continued to place my order, went to pick it. I forgot to ask about my smoothie while there but I called almost immediately once I got to work. I called at least 5x, no answer. Finally I got the manager Tracey(Indian? Lady), she was very rude to me. I was trying to explain what happened online. She told me I was the only one having an issue and maybe I don't know how to work the site. I told the cashier I wanted the new dragonfruit smoothie, she responded "that she was sorry last night they ran out of starfruit". So I corrected her and said, "no I say I wanted the dragonfruit one". She took my order, name, and I paid and waited. Then walked in a man, he placed his order, then a couple walked in and placed their order as well.
So now its 4 of us waiting for smoothies, 10 minutes past, the man after me and the couple all get their smoothies. So the cashier say "hey are you here for pickup", I say "no you took my order", so she goes into the refrigerator and looks, she finds my order and says "oh they put it here and says sorry about that" with a giggle. I read my sticker on the cup it said "to go". I then noticed it was 2 people in the back, in addition to the cashier.
