Asked for the pizza without all the extra added greasiness... It still came that way. The pizza also wasn't cut into slices at all. The sandwich was extra greasy too, and barely had toppings.
Called, told them how the order was messed up, and the manager said she'd have it replaced and they'd need to pick back up the original order. The order was replaced, and the replacement was perfect.
The reason I'm giving this a low star rating is you shouldn't have to go through such a hassle to get your order how you ordered it originally. Also, in the age where infection brought the world to it's knees....I find it disturbing that instead of the customer just tossing the incorrect order in the trash (can show the delivery driver the proof of error) the store manager wants it to go back to the store.
They have zero idea the contaminants the pizza/food boxes were exposed to virus, pet, or otherwise. The return gets handled by the driver, put back into their delivery warming bag, and etc back to the store. Don't know how confident you feel about how often anything is cleaned/sanitized during those steps. Looking at the delivery bag, I'd say not often.

I then called corporate and was contacted by the franchise owner who then made excuses and ultimately called me a liar and hung up on me. I will be taking my business elsewhere from here on out, to a company that RESPECTS AND CARES about their customers!
