Went through the drive through which was going kind of slow. I get to the speaker to order my food and the lady taking my order is attempting to multi-task by taking my order and trending to customers that are currently at her window. I ordered 2 kids meals and a meal for me but when I got to the window she handed me 2 drinks. I asked for a cup holder but she didn't hear me because she was taking an order from the drive thru. She took my payment and then handed me 2 bags. When I asked if both kids meals were in the bags she looked shocked and asked "oh you wanted 2 kids meals". When I said yes she asked me to come back around. I drove back around to the other drive through lane that was empty because by now the line that I was originally in was 4 cars deep, and I didn't want to wait another 20 minutes because it was already late and I had to get my kids to bed. She came on the speaker and asked me to get into the other line. She did apologize but to me the damage was done. I left and just shared my meal with my other child. The lady was nice but she wasn't paying that close attention to what she was doing. Her attention was spread too thin and she missed things. What good is speed if the order isn't right or the customer isn't heard. Food- wise it was really good. The fries were fresh, the chicken bites were a good temperature and not burnt. My burger was well made and put together. I asked for light ice in my sprite but when I got my cup half of it was ice. My apply pie was excellent crispy on the outside and warm on the inside, just like I like it. I won't go so far as to say that I will never go back but I would appreciate it if at the very least my order be read back to me to ensure accuracy when I order. I also didn't get a receipt. We pulled up to the first drive thru lane and we were the only ones there and the employee answered asking if we were door dash (there was no sign stating this) and we were not and the employee started to tell us to back up and go to the other side but another employee got onto say that it was okay and we could order. We only order the 2 for $6 deal for the spicy chicken sandwich, since we had heard that they were good and we wanted to give it a try. We got up to the window and were meet with very unfriendly employees and no communication stating that the chicken would be cooked fresh and there would be a wait. We just sat there at the open window for about 3-4 minutes, listening to very foul language being used inside and no urgency to get the order put together. The employee finally tells us to go park because the chicken was still cooking. So we pulled into a spot and we sat there for ten more minutes and watched several cars go through both lanes. NO ONE came out with our order and I finally called the store and after it rang for some time, someone finally answered. I told them who I was and they stated the chicken was cooked fresh and it took time. They obviously forget our order and moved on. They said they would bring it out once they recook it, I told them to forget it and we wanted a refund and they refused to issue one. We had to dispute with our bank and we drove off. Read moreI work at a neighboring business to this location and yesterday I went to the walk up window to order a simple burger. They were not busy at all when I first walked up but it took over 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged that I was there. The one girl finally asked me what I wanted and as I started to place my order she rudely walked away. After almost another 5 minutes someone else asked me what I wanted. After placing my order it took almost another 15 minutes before I got my food. During my wait I walked over to the walk up window opposite of where I ordered from and noticed a bunch of the employees standing in the drive thru window talking to someone in their car. I don't know if that customer had a problem with their order but it only takes ONE person to handle it instead of the entire crew. Aside from that I observed several people who came through the drive thru AFTER me that were served BEFORE me. This is not acceptable and customers need to be served on a first come first serve basis. Altogether I spent 20 minutes or better waiting for a simple burger and to top it all off it was not made the way I ordered it.
