After working for a smoothie franchise for 2 years, I know a thing or two about the inner workings of a smoothie shop. This store is by far the most efficient and smoothed running shop in Norfolk. The customer service is unbeatable, providing great recommendations, free samples, and unparalleled professionalism. I have been to this establishment only twice but have tried a variety of smoothies, but I always end up ordering the Nutella Cheesecake smoothie Guests have the option of picking either coffee or protein with this smoothie and after having both, my personal recommendation is the coffee option. I think it is slightly better, but either way you’ll love every sip. The owner has been present every time I have been here and she has a nutritional degree from a reputable college in South Korea. She has developed and crafted a verity of menu options, everything from sugary deliciousness to healthy as possible kale smoothies. The guy who ordered in front of me got samples. I however was skipped and wasn’t even acknowledged. The lady who came after me also got samples of tea and of their blueberry cheesecake smoothie. I guess they just pick and choose who they give samples to. I ordered a strawberry cheesecake smoothie with bananas. when i looked at the receipt it said blueberry cheesecake smoothie. I had to correct that as a blueberry cheesecake smoothie was not what i wanted or ordered. As i was watching my smoothie be made i saw him put very brown bananas in my smoothie it was clear they have been sitting out for a while. I was a little disappointed. I expected everything to be a little fresher considering i paid $11 for one smoothie. When receiving my drink it was really pretty well presented and overall tasted good. i give two stars one for taste and one for presentation. Service could be better.
