Pandora — Local services in Norfolk

I wish I could give 10 stars. I was on vacation at Va. Beach (9/15/25) and was wanting a Pandora ring and bracelet. The first attempt was at the Lynhaven mall - terrible, but as soon as I stepped in this Pandora my man Joshua made up for all of that. He apologized for my bad experience at the other store and he proceeded to help me out with my first bracelet. He helped size me up and was really genuine and patient in helping me pick out my charms for the bracelet. I didn't feel rushed and his customer service was so on point that before I knew it i had spent almost $400 lol. It would have been more than that , if the rings I wanted was available. I also want to mention that while he was giving me an awesome Pandora experience he was helping four more ladies and he gave them the same superior customer service .Everyone was laughing and having a wonderful time, it was a really great ending to a vacation. To the owner/manager at this Pandora please give recognition to Joshua, he well deserves it. He is very knowledgeable about the products, he seemed to like his job and he cares about the customer. You probably should use him to train your not so nice associates, like the ones at Lynhaven mall. Thank you again Joshua and may God bless you ! I was unaware of the very tight return and exchange policy Pandora has. That being said I have been extremely ill and could not get out since Christmas to return the gift I received. I only just got a wheelchair last week so my daughter and I can now go out places when I am able to safely drive. I went in and the woman was rather short and snippy with me. I tried to explain my situation and she said ahe disnt care as that was the policy. They dont even have the ring in stock anymore and I was not able or willing to apend more for another style. Plus none of them fit my small fingers properly. All I wanted was for her to just put the money back on the card that was used to purchase the ring since they were out of stock in store and couldnt order it online either as its out of stock. She didnt want to hear a word I had to say stuck her nose up at me and tossed the bag with the gift card down at me in my wheelchair. She disnt even bother to tell me how much was on there. This is customer service nowadays I guess?! So sad! My husband said he had the same experience when he went to purchase the 3 rings for my daughters and I for Christmas. The woman was so rude and disnt want to help him. As much as I love my pandora charm bracelet I think its time to stop giving them money if this is how they treat...

I’ve been shopping here since Mother’s Day 2021. Shamika leads by example, so the team is amazing! Special shout out to Arien too! The positive energy is welcomed at the Norfolk location. I usually rave about my experience there via the Pandora Listens survey… then I realized I didn’t acknowledge them here as well. Happy Holidays! I have two favorite reps at the Virginia Beach location… however… this one… the entire store is WONDERFUL! My visits are personalized…. this is simply the best location.

*7/30/22 Another amazing visit… thanks for making my daughter’s gender reveal amazing! I appreciate you helping me pick out this charm Shamika! The pink and blue highlights are great! The boy charm would’ve worked too since the hat had both colors as well… however this dangle was a good choice. The gender keeper and my daughter will love this.
