This Taco Bell saved my life…. I’m being a little dramatic but picture it the night before your wedding at the Marriott in Norfolk. You order Chili’s for you and your best man only to find out upon arrival at the Chili’s for pick up that it closed at 7, you ordered at 630 but no call or notice that the food wasn’t being made. You’re exhausted from a weekend of wedding planning and without dinner. You’re grumpy and it feels like the world is out to get you. So you decide to go to Wendy’s, you and your best man order food. Life seems okay again. You park get back to your hotel to realize, they only gave you one of the two meals ordered and it isn’t yours.
Anger. Disappointment and sadness seep in as you realize the world is out to get you. As I sat in dispair outside of the hotel I realized there was a chipotle near by… I begin to walk over but know better by now and google the location. As I suspected, it’s closed. I waiver and remember as I sat in the parking lot of Wendy’s that there was a Taco Bell right next door. I got back into my car (paying $3 for a mere 20 mins of parking) and I head back out in hunt for dinner. Finally I see it, like seeing a lighthouse after being out at sea for many months, Taco Bell. I get to the window after ordering and the lady is so pleasant. I wish I knew her name because she turned my entire mood around as she brought out my 12 pack of tacos. I headed back to the hotel in triumph that I can now eat and get to sleep so I can enjoy my big day the following day.

Read moreIf you want a hot fresh taco. Please, please.... Don't come to this location. I ordered 2 orders of 3 locos hard taco supremes. One for my lady and myself. I ended up with 6 soggy and cold "hard shell locos supremes" The best part of the meal was the sweet tea. We called and explained to them what happened and they said to bring It back. Ok we did, but I wanted two orders of cinnamon twists for our troubles of having to waste gas money to come back when they could have gotten it right the first time. I spoke with store general manager Sequoia Anderson and explained to her that I was four minutes away, and there was no reason why those tacos should have been soggy. And I simply wanted two orders of cinnamon twists for me and my lady for the two meals we ordered. Although she gave us one order of cinnamon twists. She was very rude and on the line of being disrespectful. But wait there's more. After getting home 4 minutes later. We opened up the bag to get hard tacos not soggy at all but were cool. Getting fresh and hot is impossible at this location. And if they get your order wrong don't expect to get too much satisfaction. And the GM needs a refresher class...
Read moreI arrived at this Taco Bell around 9:45am, they are supposed to open at 9:00am. After waiting behind another car for about 5 minutes, they decide to pull off and leave. I pulled up and don’t hear anything over the speaker. I call the location to ask if they are open, they answered and said they were opening in ten minutes (10am). So i sit and wait the ten minutes to order me Breakfast. They then come on the speaker at 10am and tell me it’s going to be another ten minutes before they open and that i can’t just sit there and i have to pull around and park and wait. I asked why and it’s because “they are on a timer”. Well maybe if you opening on time you wouldn’t have to worry about that. I expressed that they should have been open an hour ago and at the minimum 10 minutes ago like you said you would. The lady was very rude and told me to either pull around or just not get my order taken period. After waiting another ten minutes i pull up to order my breakfast which is on the menu in front of me and then i am informed they no longer have breakfast at that location. Y’all need to get it together. Open when your supposed to open and sell the food you are...
