I have several food allergies, but milk, egg and pea protein were the most concerning when I placed my order.
There were very few "safe foods" on their menu (bread contains pea there), and I had to download and read their allergy menu before going to the restaurant. No one is keeping these on hand anymore.
I could not find info on their various dipping sauces, so I had to ask about one while in the drive-through. The girl radioed back, asking about it containing those ingredients; she was told, "no, it did not contain them." I ordered it to go with my grilled "nuggets" only to find out after we pulled away it contained BOTH milk and egg! I was more than irritated since I couldn't find it on the site, and the girl specifically checked for me while I was in line.
Also, I wouldn't say I like the fact that you have to place your order before you even get up to the menu board in the drive-thru. Allergies or not, I hate not being able to view the whole menu while ordering, and I certainly don't want to be forced to pull it up on my phone while in line!
I wouldn't have chosen this place, but my friend was buying, and she had a coupon for her birthday, so we went. I would not choose to go back after...
Read moreOne of the not as great Chick-Fil-A's. As expected the food is great but how this location is run is mehhhh. Often if it's busy they mess up the sauces, if it's slow they get it right, but at dinner time it's always busy.
I recently moved to Bloomington/Normal and where I used to live we had multiple Chick-Fil-A's and I would always get gifted treats, at least 1 a month, here I've never gotten a single gifted treat in 5 months. Also at this location when asking for the receipt it isn't the one where you fill out a survey for a free sandwich, usually I'd get that every 4-5 orders and never once have gotten it here.
Only once have they really messed up my order and got the drink completely wrong, ordered a frosted coffee and they gave me a frosted lemonade instead. Already left and next time I went I told them they screwed up. The guy taking the order goes, "Oh would you like a frosted coffee with your order" I said yes and he proceeded to charge me!!!! I said noooo I'm not paying for it I expect it to be complimentary since the restaurant messed up last time, plus last time it was a $45.00 order and I showed him the receipt!!! The did provide it complimentary but that was...
Read moreTo Chick-fil-A Management, I'm writing as a DoorDash driver who regularly picks up orders from your restaurant. As independent contractors, we are NOT employees of DoorDash or even Chick-fil-A. We'd appreciate being treated with the SAME RESPECT as your in-store customers because today in the afternoon, your staff have been rude to order me to hit "CONFIRM" button on the app in an UNPROFESSIONAL manner, as if I was her employees. LOL We understand the importance of confirming orders, but we would appreciate a more respectful approach. A polite reminder would suffice and be much more in line with Chick-fil-A's values. Besides, some of your staffs just ignore dashers completely, not offering assistance or asking what we need. Also, consider that most drivers often park far away and walk in hot weather to reach your store to avoid the busy drive-through, we're also tired and under time pressure to deliver orders quickly. So, making Dashers comfortable helps ensure your customer satisfaction. However, I want to acknowledge that some staff members are very helpful, especially when opening doors for drivers carrying large orders. Thank you for...
