Poor communication between teammates and to customers, through night shift.
They need three people working the food section up front, they need two people in the kitchen. One on register, one on takeout, and one doing dishes and one in dining room.
Kitchen was a mess, food on the bar was cold, and the dining room was a mess.
I ended up getting sick from the cold meat that was served in my protein bowl that came from the food station bar.
All food should continue to stay hot, and guacamole should never run out at 7pm.
Management needs to team huddle and step up their game. I was very disappointed in the efficiency and the quality of how disoriented the evening staff portrayed their performance. They did not work as a team, and the line ended up becoming backup because the only one working their butt off was the one working both the bar and register until another staff member helped out.
Dining room was cold.
I love chipotle, though, do not leave even when your shift is done with a full house of people, offer to help and step up for your teammates.
I believe in all of you. Bring the service, bring the confidence, bring the upbeat life back into chipotle like I know you can do.
Add some music in the building as well.

Read moreNow, I've had some good food from this location, but it's super inconsistent. Today I ordered online and my food was not on par visually or to taste. My white rice was full of large clumps, likely due to not being rinsed enough prior to cooking. The cilantro in my rice was very dull and look like it had sat beyond it's hold time. My brown rice was slightly crunchy, which is not something I would ever want in rice. The guacamole had large bits of avocado which is not the consistency I come to expect from Chipotle and it also looked like I got some of yesterdays batch since it was already pretty dull looking rather than a bright green like in a fresh batch. All of the food was lacking in general seasoning as well. On top of my issues with the food... I also didn't even receive one of my items, my chips and queso (which is about $5). Usually I am a fan of Chipotle, but I don't think I can recommend this location over the other 2 locations in Blo-No due to inconsistencies in my foods quality. Read moreWe hadn't been to Chipotle in a while, so we thought we would try it. Unfortunately, we were disappointed in our experience. Some (not all) of the staff behind the counter were impatient and visibly irritated with us and our boys while we determined what we would like to eat. The quality and value of the food were lacking - it was much more expensive than the amount of food we received and our food was neither particularly warm nor flavorful. We were surprised that a Mexican restaurant would charge for chips and, unfortunately, mediocre chips at that. It was at beautiful day so we sat outside, only to find that they had not placed at trash can outside and the door back into the restaurant was locked. We did feel that the first guy with whom we started our order, as well as the girl behind behind the register, were patient with our boys and kind as we progressed through our transaction.
