Able to get in on a Saturday night at dinner by calling ahead. Worked out great for us, timewise.
Had pizza and a calzone and cheesy garlic bread. The garlic bread was disappointing - no noticeable cheese, no discernable garlic, and very bready...little crunch to be found. If we hadn't been so hungry we would have had them remake it, but after asking about it I'm not sure it would have come any different. So maybe that's what customers want or like. (We'll make our own at home if we want it again.)
There was a miscommunication on the pizza. Did not read the fine print well enough to realize there was bacon on ours, and no one at our table could eat bacon. (Sigh) When the server realized it was a problem she immediately offered to replace it for us in a way that would work. Which was very helpful.
Enjoyed the company and the service, and slightly frustrated over the food. Hands down find their chicken spinach Alfredo pizza the best, so we may stick to that...
Read morePizza is pretty good. Salad bar is mediocre at best, reminiscent of a high school salad bar. Now for the bad, their service is absolutely horrendous, worst you can find, and consistently bad. In fact we just left there after sitting at our table for almost 20 minutes waiting for a staff member to emerge from the back. The dining room was empty except for a 3 top obviously long done with their meal. Not sure how they stay in business honestly with such regular poor customer service. We've returned because it's so close to home and can pick up relatively fast. We won't be returning anymore though after this time. I ordered Giordano's from the table before we left, as we were headed out the door the Waiter finally came out to see us leave, he seemed baffled haha far too many good options for pizza in this town to...
Read moreIf it was possible to give negative stars I would. This is the absolute worst "pizza" in the history of pizza. If I was on a deserted island, and had an endless supply of firehouse pizza, I'd starve to death before I ate another piece. I thought Monicals pizza was bad, but this made Monicals look like a blue ribbon winner at the world pizza cook off. If you want a better slice of pizza, I suggest you find a gas station that serves week old slices for double the price. If you're posting anything besides a one star review, I suggest you have your taste buds and mental status checked yesterday, because you're out of your mind. The service was decent, and the people were very polite, but the food...
