I don't often say this but I'd give him 6 stars if it were possible. He was able to quickly, and very cheaply, fix our engagement rings (engraving, polishing and cementing a loose stone), and repair/replace clasps and other joints on my costume family heirloom jewelry among others. He quoted me around $105 for about 8 pieces and then finished everything days earlier than promised and under $100! That may seem like a paltry sum but he obviously could have chosen to not tell me about the savings and pocketed them but he did not. Watch out for the steep, old fashioned stairs to get to his small office but it's all very charming and supporting local business owners who are experts at their craft is so worth it! I know for a fact, having used a few other local jewelers for repairs, that not one of them could beat his prices (his prices are fractions of everywhere else). Go here 1st, you won't be disappointed. As an enthusiastic fan of jewelry both inexpensive and not, I'm a loyal...

When I went to pick up the ring, despite it being business hours and the sign saying they were open the door was locked. When I called, again no one could answer the phone. I still don’t have my ring back. Very...
