Jason's Deli — Restaurant in Normal

I walked in today at 12:17pm and the place was swamped!!! There was a line back to the door and I was like ok this is going to take forever. As I am waiting in line, I see the manager Wes behind the counter, *his pic is on the door that's how I knew it was him and his shirts said it lol anyways I see him taking orders and even going out to the seating area to make sure orders and things are correct for the guests. If you work in the restaurant business, then you will know that this is not something you see very often. In fact, most of the time you never see a manager at places like this because they are 'busy' well Wes was definitely busy. He still made time to listen to me about asking for a donation for my work as a non-profit and so on. We both talked fast and got it all done quick and painless. The fact that he took the time to listen and act and comprehend what I was saying and talking about was amazing. Most of the time in a situation like that you will be pushed aside and have to wait and still not get to see or talk to a manager. It was busy as hell and the staff still had that place kept clean looking and salad bar stocked and drink station cleaned and the bathrooms were even clean. If I could give more stars I very much so would. Thank you, Wes, for giving me your time today, your contribution to Positive Health Solutions is so appreciated. So my husband and I went to Jason's deli today I got the all u can eat salad bar and a soup my husband got a sandwich and soup so I ate a couple bits of my salad and decided to go up and get another plate not because I was going to get another salad even tho it was all u can eat but because I wanted to add bacon bits,sunflower seeds and Croutons.I wanted to take a clean plate to the salad bar ,I walked up asked for a plate the big Mexican guy told the girl a small plate so she handed me a small plate while he was Staring me down I walked away and said this is unlimited salad bar and he was talking in Spanish laughing he was so so so rude even tho it was unlimited salad bar I have cancer and can barely eat I just wanted to add a few things to my salad and couldn't eat my soup and only ate half my salad I will never go back there again and this was our first time there. Absolutely rude rude rude we will stick with McAllister from here on out a friend and I were going to have lunch on the 4th at Jason's deli but now ,not on ur life will I...

Went to Jasons Deli’s drive through. I waited five minutes to place my order through the drive-through line. Once I got to the window I paid $15 for a cold wrap and a soup with an up charge of $2.99. I waited in line for 15 minutes for my cold wrap and soup. When I checked my food before pulling off, I noticed my wrap was only a half of a wrap and my order was not correct. I gave the food back and was told to pull up in line and wait for the cold wrap to be remade. I waited an additional 10 minutes before going inside and requesting a refund for my time. The waiter gave me my money and said nothing, no apology, no nothing. So I requested to speak to a supervisor because I was unhappy with the service. The supervisor apologized and stated that they were really busy. However, she gave me no reimbursement, and I never received my meal. I dont recommend Jasons Deli in Bloomington Normal Illinois. The customer service was horrible and I’m beyond frustrated. Mind you, all of this while my 10 month old is fussing in the backseat. Left...
