I love Braums. They are a local company. Their ice cream is delicious, and they always have seasonal flavors, so it's not always the same choices everytime you go. They also serve typical fast food fare, burgers, fries etc. Their bag of burgers is always popular when feeding a crowd. Braums raises their own cattle, and dairy cows. There for everything is fresh. Fresh milk, fresh eggs, fresh butter, fresh cheese and of course ice cream. They use the cattle to supply fresh beef for their burgers. My favorite thing about Braums other than the ice cream, is that they have a small Fresh Market inside of every store. I can always get close parking, run in and grab milk, butter, eggs, cheese, sour cream, yogurt, cream cheese, sour cream, everything dairy related. They have a small section of fresh fruits & veggies & bagged salads. Braums also has their own bakery, so they also carry bread, English muffins, bagels, tortillas. Then of course all of the various ice cream varieties. So I can knock out almost all of the essentials at Braums, and quickly. In and out. They also have a small meat section that comes from the cattle they raise. They also carry fresh pork products. I love not having to fight people down the isle at a big grocery store when I only need a few things. Their prices are good, and right in line with any other grocer. Just easier to get to and fresh local raised...
Read moreI stopped at this location after work for a quick dinner went through the drive-thru and ordered a number 10 the chicken strip dinner the team member taking my order repeated my order back to me. I pulled to the first window and I paid again a team member read my order right back to me at number 10 chicken strip dinner, everything was right I paid and pulled to the second window and I waited and I waited and I waited finally got my food and it was not the right thing it was a double cheeseburger and fries by that point I'm annoyed because I waited and waited and waited and I tell the girl it's not my order and she said well that's what they rang you up for okay I don't care what they rang me up for this is not what I ordered she said well I can ring you for a chicken strip dinner why would I pay for another chicken strip dinner that I already paid for it and they still got it wrong. I bring my son here frequently for ice cream as a weekly treat and I've ignored the fact that the staff has zero personality most days no greeting no smile after tonight I'm officially done with this location. Being in the service industry I understand there's probably some staffing issues and it's hard to get people that want to work these days but there's got to be better expectations from the leadership in the building that you take care of your customer better than this location...
Read moreTonight went inside for dinner. I stood at the order station for almost 5 mins and no one came to help. Then a new hire (2 days per her) came up and was trying to take my order but she didn't know what she was doing. Kept hitting wrong buttons, then apologizing. She turned to ask for help and 3 people she approached just kept walking without helping. She finally got a short man with dark curly hair to help and he barely just said do this do that and walked off. This lady shouldn't have been left alone. She was very flustered. After I paid I asked for the manager and wouldn't you know, it was the abrupt short man (he wasn't wearing a name badge) who came over. I said she's trying really hard to help but doesn't know what she's doing and needs help, not to be left alone. He said I've been helping her and I'll train my people how I choose. Then he stomped away. I'm actually not surprised. Every time I come here my food is cold, the wrong food, or made wrong. Just very poor service in general. Won't be back. If the store manager cares about customer service train your people better and get that night manager out of a position of power. He isn't proper manager material. I've been a manager for many years and I'd never...
