I enjoy selling my clothes here, but I think I may have been taken advantage of during my last visit. I brought in 4 large bags of clothes. When I came back in there was only one bag of clothes that they did not take, but they said they only bought 18 pieces of clothing which should’ve only been maybe 1.5 bags. I should’ve mentioned it while there but it didn’t register to me that it didn’t seem to add up until I got home. I hate to think either someone else got credit for my items or worse, that they intentionally shorted me. I’m not sure there’s anything that can be done at this point, but I would suggest counting how many items you give and get back before you leave your clothes with them.

Edit: Unfortunately my disappointment continues as I went in today with 5 bags of clothing to sell. I came back after two hours and they had only taken 3 total items of over 100 items that I brought in. I brought in many brand name items that would sell great. I can’t help but think I was somehow “black listed” by them from the last review so they didn’t take any time to look through my items. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THIS WAS BY THE OWNERS DAUGHTER. I would fire her if I were the parents. My wife and I were about to spend around 300 dollars (which is probably chump change to them) and u had everything already ready to go to the counter and my wife went to grab 1 more thing and the OWNERS daughter said its 802 and we are closed sorry. So j placed each thing back and left.

Update went in again 1 week later and the front door was open and I walked in and the same girl said sorry we are closed. Will not go back.

What a magnificent maze of marvels this place is! So much cute stuff and I didn't have nearly enough time to browse. I went in fir a purse and the section was immediately visible from the entrance. Everything was extremely organized and it was easy to find the exact kind of purse I was looking for. This was true fir every sort of item in the store. The vast amounts of nifty things would usually be overwhelming but in an instant you could find the exact thing you were searching for (size 7.5 shoes? Super easy to find and look at the whole selection without complicated jubles, flowy sheer white blouse?
