So my family and I went to this eatery and we ordered through the drive through, pull up and pay and we’re waiting on our order! As we wait we’re talking and laughing as families do. I look over toward the area where the food is being made and I notice that the chick isn’t wearing gloves so I signal to another chick to come over to the window, she comes over and I ask her are they required to wear gloves??? She said yes, so I than said well why isn’t the chick that is making the food wearing any....?.?.? She closes the window and tells the manger (David M) who is now over at the grill with the chick making the food he is wearing gloves but she wasn’t. When I told him that I watched the girl making food without gloves and wiping her hands on her disgusting uniform and preparing food he said, “she’s wearing gloves” I said sir she not and even if she was her clothes are filthy and she is wiping her hands on them and making food. Long story short don’t eat here THEY ARE NASTY AND UNSANITARY and that’s is said nicely!! My family and I WONT BE BACK! And David needs a coaching in...
Read moreUpdate..went back 3 weeks later, was a bit better, although they still mixed up orders.. I ended up with someone elses burger that had no veggies at all, did have bacon...I ate it and left, didn't have time to mess with it..and nobody checked to make sure it was ok, especially after I told the cashier about the previous experience...moved from 1 star to 3 stars, long way from getting that 5 back.
Original...Hopefully my next experience will be better, have not ever had an issue at this Dairy Queen, however today was a totally different story. They brought me the wrong Burger three times, I finally just ate the third one as I had been there almost an hour and I needed to get back to work. Most of the staff did not seem too concerned that my order was consistently wrong. I think they kept making my burger and giving it to other people, seem to be a theme of the day for several people getting wrong orders. I would like to update this back to a five-star in the future, hopefully they will have things worked out and running as efficient as opposed the last time...
Read moreThis DQ does not know what they're doing. Went inside to place a to-go order because the drive-thru line was very long, and I soon discovered why. All of the workers were chaotic inside. I ordered chicken fingers and a cookie dough blizzard with peanut butter and fudge added. It took about 15 minutes for them to give me my food, with several people receiving their orders before me. By the time I received my order, I was ready to get out of there, so I got in my car and drove off. Once gone I realized that my blizzard was some chocolate thing with peanuts and brownies in it. Literally no part of the blizzard was correct. Plus, my toast in my chicken finger meal was not toasted: it was plain, soft white bread. Sad I wasted $10. I only went to DQ because Zaxby's was closed, but I will not make the same...
