I recently visited the Norman OK location and ordered a large soda. I asked for light ice and was given a drink that was unfilled. I hadn’t realized it until I got all the way home or else I would have said something. For my drink not to be completely filled due to the fact I asked for light ice is pretty absurd. Dutch Bros always loads the drinks with way more ice than necessary and you don’t end up getting a full drink with it being half (if not more) ice—so to FIX this problem I asked for light ice. Considering how expensive these drinks are I would have at least expected my drink to be filled, also considering how big they are. I would understand if I asked for no ice—but I asked for LIGHT ice. This is disappointing because other than this instance I have had a mostly a good experience with Dutch Bros. If I pay for such a large/expensive drink and don’t get it filled all the way only due to the fact I have to ask for light ice BECAUSE my drink is half ice in the first place makes me not want to spend my money here. I hate being this person but I have worked at an establishment similar to this and don’t understand why this is even an issue. I’m genuinely not trying to be mean—I just want Dutch Bros to do better so I can come back.
I hope Dutch Bros improves on their quality in this situation.

Read moreI went to Dutch Bros on National Dog Day specifically for the bandana giveaway and had the WORST experience. First off, I asked while ordering if they still had the dog bandanas — I was told they were “out.” Fine. I said, “Make my drinks smalls then,” since the promo wasn’t available. Guess what? They completely ignored me and didn’t make them small.
Then when I pulled up to the window, I literally watched the car in front of me get handed FIVE bandanas after buying only ONE drink. So, they weren’t “out” — they just flat-out LIED to me. That’s messed up.
To make it worse, I brought my dog as a special treat for the day. When I asked if they’d at least give him a pup cup, I got brushed off multiple times until I basically begged for it. Really? You’re going to be rude to customers and their dogs?

There was someone outside taking orders and it is HOT outside today, it’s over 90 degrees. She was in the shade but still, I do not know how she was so happy I was dying just rolling my window down to order. It felt like there was nothing in the world she’d rather be doing than standing out in the heat taking our orders. When I got up to the window someone greeted me and double checked what I ordered, and she was also SO chipper and nice.
