If I could give it less stars I would. If u like horrible tasting cardboard, rude, distracted employees, then u should enjoy being here. As soon as u walk in it is unpleasent. The greeter is rude and u can tell she doesn't want to be there. She doesn't listen to what ur saying and was argumentative. I wanted my cc used as credit and I wasnt allowed to "just put in ur pass code so I can ring it up was her reply. When I asked about the sign about the $3.99 buffet Mon-Fri after she told me it was over $7.00i was told that doesn't apply to this Buffet, I still don't understand the statement but about that time I was scolded for wanting to use my credit card without a pin number. The pasta was empty the sauce (both looked like it had been stored in the fridge over night. It had a thick coating on top and the soup was almost empty and cokd, the green peppers in it were bitter and sour which usually come from being reheated repeatedly. I couldn't eat it. Mind u it was 11:20 am and from what I take they open at 11am. Only 4 others in the place and to be out of food and cold was unsettling. The cheese wasn't even stringy when u got ur slices. The workers were chatting among themselves while the platter sat empty or half full. Salad bar was disappointing. I found no Parmasean cheese anywhere and no employee to ask. The lemon bars also looked old and looked like most of the too layer stayed on the cling wrap. Nothing had flavor crust on the 3 slices I had were raw. They weren't even slightly brown on the bottom. I went to eat the topping off and the raw dough scrapped off with the thin layer of cheese and tiny square well I'm not sure said bbq pork. Parmasean cheese might have helped flavor. I am handicapped and found it very hard to serve myself, when a pizza did come out the put one behind the other making it impossible to get, and heavens forbid they would stop the u r chit chat to help as I chased the pan before giving up. I only got roughly 6 slices 4 were uneatable the spinach needed washing before adding. They use to allow u to order a pizza that u liked to be put out I wouldn't know since no one was friendly..I also use to remember the manager greeting u in a friendly manner not so now. The table are hard to get around if in a wheelchair.. Unfortunately it only got worse because 3 busses of children were brought in and being that they were already short on pizza it became worse once a crowd showed up. Oh yes another problem I had and it could just be me being a nurse and germ conscious but when the girl gave me my cup she handed it to me with her pointer and middle fingers all the way into the cup, I politely asked for another one she said I was allowed one per customer. So the service was 0 stars food 0 stars. The nicest hardest working person in the place was the busboy. He was kind and helpful. I had looked forward to my visit for a week and was sadly let down badly. I had the topping off of 3 peices which the cheese product was hard to eat, it wasn't a creamy melted cheese it reminded me of microwaved Styrofoam hard a kinda crispy with no flavor. Needless to say i left hungry, I ended up leaving going across the street to Sprouts buying (about the same amount I paid for garbage) a few things, going home and making my own fresh spinach, chicken, broccoli and cheese pizzas that will last me through the weekend and not 1 meal. My advice is bake ur own, go somewhere else, I still don't know what cost $3.99 which would still be to much for what u get if my visit is any example.I use to take my kids there once a month and it was fun friendly and good. Not the case now at all. Not worth...

This is a honest review as I have been going to cicis for years so listen up . Cicis has a good buffet line . Lots of pizza and salad . Their pizza can sometimes get stale but hey it’s still delishous . The people always are grumpy and have bad attitudes and most of the management is trash and negative . Foods ok but not a good social environment . If you go here best not to talk to the employees or managers they can be quite negative . This is why I will give this place 1 star because that’s what this place deserves .if I could give it zero stars I would. I have multiple bad experiences here with many of the employees and management . I’m an extrovert so I talk a lot because I love to socialize . That is dificult because they are always in a foul mood and I feel like I have to walk on egg shells around everyone’s feelings . If you don’t like your job and can’t deal positively with dificult customers then working at cicis or other service jobs isn’t for you . I won’t be coming back here any customers that are uncomfortable around toxic people this is not the place to go . Remember it only takes 1 toxic person to destroy an environment for everyone else . Don’t even get me started on the bathroom door to the men’s bathroom and nobody has fixed it for what feels like over a year . The weight is needed to hold the door open it’s a simple fix and yet it’s been like that for over a year it feels like . If you can’t take care of your restaurant you don’t deserve to be in business . In response to cicis responding Thankyou for your sentiment I appreciate the effort . However the manager guy at cicis not you the owner always seems to have a chip on his shoulder I could go to the website you mentioned but it’s not going to change anything . This is the third time said guy has had an attitude issue . I’m normaly quite reserved . I do t normaly speak up unless something happens more then twice. He needs to be removed from working there his behavior corrected or demoted from manager position . I’m not him so I have no idea why he’s like that . I even tried when I was communicating as a customer to him when I did to pay atention to what I said and make 100 percent sure I was t negative or mean in my tone because he has an attitude issue and I understand how stressful the service industry can be . I said something about the bathroom door needing to be fixed and said it’s quite simple to fix it’s the weight it’s missing from it that stoops the door and he freaking just lost his composure and reacted negatively . As he was walking away I was still paying atention to my town and as a defence mechanism I said alright no need to be so prickly I was only trying to help . I’ve helped out many of the employees at cicis through the years even got a guy a bike lock for his bike because I understand the worry of working and worrying about your bike . I don’t like seeing people upset that’s bad for everyone including buisness . I’ve let it go on 2 times but this is the 3rd time now I gotta speak up . Hope you can do something about him owner . I know who you are as I go there a lot your a good buisness owner and I know you know what your doing . I love your buisnesses food just gotta work on the employee side of things and you hit something amazing . Thanks for the happy memories despite the some of the employees still amazing food . I will always...

Here's the secret recipe for CiCi's Pizza.

First you get yourself a piece of old cardboard and cut it into a circle. You call that the crust.

Next, for the sauce you go searching into the dark recesses of the undersides of your car's seats and pull out those ketchup packets that have been festering there so long the label has faded from red to a light pink, and empty their contents onto the crust, smearing it as evenly as possible.

Next for your cheese, you pull the shoelaces out of your old tennis shoes you haven't worn since graduating high school back before 9/11 happened, and shred them into tiny pieces, and evenly distribute them evenly over the sauce.

As for toppings, just grab whatever debris you can pull out from inside your couch and toss it on top of the cheese.

Place the completed pizza on the top of a hot car's roof for about 10 minutes in the middle of July. Slice and serve... Approximately whenever you feel like it.

I'd say something about the dessert not being meant for human consumption, but that would be an insult to fine Purina products everywhere..

So, top it off with a soda fountain using water that the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles wouldn't be caught swimming in, and your meal is complete!

Make sure that you also have hired the rudest, scummiest, most incompetent managerial staff this side of Mos Eisley Spaceport to operate the establishment, and VIOLA!! You've got yourself a CiCi's franchise!

Seriously, though...

The pizza has been 2/10 since around 2005-ish, and has only gone steadily downhill from there... But it's tolerable if I ever needed a quick "pizza fix" when I'm too late to catch a buffet or slice at a superior establishment... Or it was until today.

I'm mainly venting because my friend and I came by this past afternoon with the promotional olympics cups that I had purchased earlier in the summer because I was told that they could be used for free refills until the end of summer.. We even made a special trip BACK to my place, OUT OF THE WAY so I could retrieve them and wash them out for the occasion.

A manager-looking person did not honor nor believe the promotion existed, and instead charged $1.00 apiece for using the fountain with our cups, and as mentioned above, the drinks (aside from the Powerade) were disgusting. They have been as such for the duration of the summer) As I did not have photographic proof of the display that once advertised the free refill promotion, I stated that I would next time take a photo. The manager-esque individual mockingly asked if I was being sarcastic... I declined to comment.

Normally as I leave, I thank the staff for their thankless work, and to keep it up, sharing positive vibes and such because I've been in the trenches of fast-food, but I was truly unhappy today.

As I was walking out, my usually quite stoic friend threw away his commemorative cup in protest. I was tempted to do the same, but I will keep mine to remember the reason why I will not return to this location again for a very long time... Perhaps I'll check in on it some time after WWIII.

So in the words of Mick Foley, and Jon Bon Jovi...

....Have a...

Pizza buffet and salad bar. I have ate here twice. Each time the buffet was completely stocked with everything. Fresh salad bar with lots of options of vegetables and toppings plus lots of sauces. Soup. Pasta bar with delicious Alfredo sauce and red sauce. They must have 10 whole pizzas out at a time on the buffet line. They will make you any pizza for the buffet free of charge upon request. They don't care how much you eat. The whole place is clean and tidy. They have a nice soda fountain. Some coin machines with toys for your kids. Also a small arcade with big games for the family and older kids. I almost forgot to mention the dessert buffet. They always have soft brownies covered in powder sugar and cinnamon rolls. The pudding pizza is delightful. Ask them about the discounted happy hour from 2 pm to 4 pm Monday Thur Thursday. Buffet goes down to $6.

Dropped in at around 3:30pm and found out they have a happy hour from 2-4pm on Monday-Thursday. All you can eat for $4.19 is a great deal (drink is extra)! The selection was good and if you ask for something they don’t have out... they will cook it for you and let you know it is ready. This includes salad, pasta, pizza, and dessert. Service was good also.

When we ate at CiCis we never expected excellence, but at least for the food to be edible. My fiancĆ©s pizza had a hair on it, and the cheese sticks were not only under cooked — they were made with the dough for their dessert sticks. I don’t think there’s enough parmesan cheese and peppers to save this experience.
