Drive thru didn't add my 2nd order of fries when i ordered around 745pm. They were busy but not that busy on a Wednesday night. Not only did they mess my order up but when I caught it at the the 2nd window and told the lady she said I wasn't charged, told her I'd like my 2nd order not my fault the guy didn't add it and she said I know one second then came back asked if I could go back thru the drive thru a 2nd time to get fries they forgot!! I said no I'll pay for them now and u can give them to me and she said her manager said I'd have to come back around!! Worst customer service ever!! Homeless sleeping outside in the grass, staff is lazy and don't want to their job!! From a managers pov they should of just given me the fries or just let me pay for them right then not tell me I need to go back thru bc their employee rung my order up wrong!! They always get something wrong on my order every time!! I've gotten raw quarter pounders from there and never said anything but I'm done!! Trash cans outside are always full and over flowing. Was even smoking a blunt waiting for my food in one of there parking spots and the employee that brought my food out said managers there are lazy and don't do their job and then he asked for a hit!? A customer uses their mobile app for a breakfast meal, tells the app she’ll be retrieving her meal via drive thru, gets to the line at 1058, gets to the screen at 1059, then gets told to hold on until 11 am. They ask her “will u be using your rewards” she says yes, here is my code. They tell her to hold once again, then tells her they are no longer serving breakfast, but she can still pay for her biscuit, but can only be served fries now instead of a hash brown. So basically, they’re willing to give their paying customer an old biscuit that was most likely sitting under a heating lamp bc they already made it, but are unwilling to just throw on a hash brown to complete the order. The customer said, “sorry, nope, I want to be served what I ordered bc I was here in line before 11 am and they told me to hold on before i could even give them my code and waited until 11 to get back on the speaker.” She asked to speak with the manager who told her that next time she should have just came in instead of doing what she told the app she was going to do. Read moreThey did not have everything in bag and my fries were ice cold.. they told me to come back up to replace it and they gave us the burger they shorted but did not replace the fries.. we got sent home with the same fries in the same bag.. so I called again and the guy told me to come back, I said I wasn't coming back a 3rd time, so he said come tomorrow, which I replied with I work tomorrow, which who wants the same food 2 nights in a row, and a managers smart a$$ remark was "well I don't know ur schedule, things happen" maybe if u r already having to replace a screwed up order u should take extra time to make sure u get it right the 2nd time and not get an attitude with a customer.. a customer has a right to be pissed u wasted their time, gas, and money TWICE! Especially when they weren't even busy, we were only car, not like they were in a rush. They mess up every time I go there. They even refuse to honor their menus pricing when it is different on menu than their computers, which i believe is false advertising..
