Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Norristown

This is / was my favorite Rita’s. I pass 2 Rita’s that are closer to go to this location. Last night around the last. Half hour the African American girl who rung us up and took our order did NOT want to be there and she was not hiding it at all: I felt so uncomfortable and almost left. I have never had someone with such a bad attitude and nasty to the customers. Rolling her eyes like we the customers who r spending money we work for are bothering her for being there . Looking around the other people in line were Also uncomfortable. I am always polite, spend money and tip well. I really do not wanna go back. I did almost leave. The people working behind her didn’t seem to have a bad attitude but I wish they were trained better. I ordered a large cone and received a small , sloppy falling...
